This hotel is ok. The location is really good. The rooms are OK size - the beds are not good (hard and bad pillows), so would recommend to buy an extra pillow or a blanket. The staff is polite and helpfull.

Ekstremt lytt og ikke rent
Veldig stort hotell med mange gjester. Mye kø til frokost, og frokosten var generelt veldig dårlig. Lite utvalg, ingen grønnsaker. Typisk engelsk frokost med egg, loff, bacon osv. men ikke mye annet. Har aldri bodd på et mer lyd rom før. Man kunne høre folk som jobber og andre gjester fra tidlig morgen, høre alt fra rommene ved siden av. Fikk også brukt håndkle som var hengt frem som «nytt». Ved utsjekk var det ekstremt med kø for å sette fra seg bagasjen. Det kunne kanskje vært nevnt da jeg spurte dagen før om muligheter for å sette fra seg, så vi kunne beregnet mer tid til det. Man forventer ikke opp mot en halvtime i kø for å levere bagasjen, i alle fall har ikke jeg opplevd det før.

Kjempesvært hotell.
Fornøydd med hotellet, det var svært med veldig bra standard. Vi hadde et tremannsrom. Det var ingen møbler på rommet utenom sengene. Kunne ønsket at det var et bord/skrivebord og noen stoler.

Very nice hotel
Me, my husband and to boys, age 13 and 15 stayed 6 nights in a quadruple room at Royal National Hotel. We were all very satisfied with our stay. Our expectations were pretty low because of many bad reviews, so we were very happy when we realized that the hotel was so good. The room was big and spacious. The beds were good, even the spare bed I slept in for 6 nights were OK. The breakfast was also much better than expected, and the breakfast room was very well organized. The staff in the entire hotel was very helpful and service minded. The hotel has 6 elevators, and were very efficient. The location was perfect, walking distance to Oxford street, underground, buses and train station were also nearby, Many restaurants and pubs on the door step of the hotel.

We were on the fifth floor and it was noisy 24/7 because the hotel is also close by two hospitals. Just be wary of this if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, it’s perfectly adequate.

Helt greit, rent og fint hotel for en ok pris, bodde på et ny renovert rom, deler av hotellet er under renovering. Viktig for oss at det var frokost inkludert. Greit nok for et kort opphold
Sentral beliggenhet, med både buss og subway rett i nærheten - og ikke minst holdeplass for Big Bus rett utenfor. Kun 15 min gange til Oxford st også. Grei frokost, men savnet litt mer grønnsaker. Absolutt verdt å legge til da det gir en god start på dagen. Rommene var ganske daterte og kunne trengt en overhaling. Rom med vindu inn mot bar og lobby utgjør en del støy inn på rommet. Kunne også trengt AC da rommet ble veldig varmt - og dette var i slutten av september! Finnes ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Ellers god service og vennlig personale.

Forferdelig opplevelse!
Vi var 3 på familie reisen, de ga oss et rom som er rettet mot bakgården som er søppel området, det luktet helt forferdelig! Vi spurte om å bytte rom, altanativet var at vi kunne få vifte på rommet som fornyet litt lukta. Jeg nektet og ba hun hente sjefen sin for å snakke med han. Han fikset oss nytt rom. Rommet var da 2 enkle senger og en sofa. De hadde ikke dekket på sofaen men ga oss tøy til å gjøre det selv. Dagen etter dro vi ut for å shoppe, når vi kom 3 timer etter hadde de lagt ut (ikke forstyrr) lappen utenfor døra for å ikke rydde. Vi spurte pent om å rydde det så sa de ja, vi skal ta det med engang, men de la ut samme skilt igjen!!! - De støvsuger ikke - Tomt for såpe - Gule flekker på sengetøy Vi fikk veldig dårlig sørvisen

Bestiller så viser bestillingen nye rom - fikk no gammelt slitt og trist rom- vi bestilte to rom, d ene værre enn det andre. Sier vi har med barn, får rom rett over en pub. Mye bråk - veldig mye bråk. Når en betaler såpass mye og får rom som ser ut som de er under oppussing er trist - Sparkel flekker over alt - nei dette var skuffende.
