Ok hotel. Location is good for both walking, bus and underground. Hotel is not refurbished. Old style. Requested connecting rooms but was not possible. Swimming pool is not worth the visit. Old and really small. Jacuzzi did not work. Had to pay was not included. Asked for late check out. Had to pay 20£ pr hour pr room. Even if i am Gold member at Hotels.com. Breakfast was good. Crowded but not unusual.

Highly recommended
We had a great stay with amazing service. Loved the location for walks and easy access to museums, shopping, cafes and restaurants, and the Saatchi Gallery. The breakfast is good. However, the dinner in the restaurant could be improved. The staff are very polite and friendly. 😊

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Natural History Museum, the V & A and the Science Museum. There are plenty of options for dining out nearby. Harrods and other upmarket shops are just a short walk away. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Veggie hot breakfast options were only available on request. The hotel was comfortable but rather dated. The temperature in our room was difficult to control.

Great hotel, good location, nice breakfast. The gym and pool are additional prices per day, which isn't obvious until you dig around their site. The pool hours are very limited, and if you buy day passes and can't/don't use them, they don't give any refunds. Overall the stay was nice, but hidden fees and no refunds are exhausting.

The concierge and all other hotel staff were top notch. The facilities at the hotel were very nice, and the full English breakfast was excellent!

Charming and great location. Very small room and the plumbing in the bathroom had some challenges. Service was great, but did not like being charged 50 pounds to check-in 3 hours before the designated time of 3 PM.

We loved the Rembrandt. Rooms were great (we stayed in a Grand Master I think), staff was for the most part very good, and the location couldn’t be beat. The pipes made strange sounds at night though and the bar is so well lit at night it wakes you up. We would stay again.

The staff is very friendly! The neighborhood is great with Hyde Park and lots of museums nearby. The breakfast is great. We booked on Expedia and it said pool and fitness room included, however there is an extra fee to use these.
