I need someone to get in contact with me immediately. We reserved a room for 3 and when we arrived, you tried to get us to stay in two different rooms and use a communal bathroom. This was not acceptable to us so we did not stay at your property. I spoke to Expedia today, they reached out to you and you told them that we did stay in your hotel so you are denying a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t book rooms from this site. I booked the room then I visited in the hotel and the manager was too rude he was very aggressive then i told him that i booked the room he said there is no room available go and aak from the members of site. After that I called on customer care no but there was no response then he said you pay again then and he will arrange the room for me. Why i pay again because i paid when i booked the room£44. Worst experience

Disgustingly dirty. The first room they put me in water was pouring through the ceiling. Then they put me in another dirty room with a tiny TV. I complained anyway I went to get my bag from my van. When I came back, they put me into a third room which was disgusting. I’ve got lots of photographs if anybody wants to see

Literally the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen!! Dead insects on the floor, hairs everywhere, dirty used toilet paper on the side, no clean toilet paper, television on the floor, no towels…etc etc. I could go on and on! Changed my room but hardly any better! Checked in very late so had no choice but to stay. Shame I cannot upload the photos I took. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs. The streets are probably a better option.

This is not a hotel! It has kitchen, animals, and stuffs all over the floor. Pots and animal food tray on floor. The room and hallway are dark, smells, and dirty! I argued with the manager and was tried to get my money back. I didn’t stay here!

We spend two awful nights there the place was not clean at all.my friend had bitten all her bodys first night and become badly sick because of insect bites.i got sick as well. They didnt even provide us toilet paper. It was our worst experience.

Single bed is OK, No any towel , No toilet paper at all , no tea, coffee or sugar bags , Free parking is Good , have kettle for boiling water , Wi-Fi is the name only , cannot use Wi-Fi , Found a bug under pillow in the morning, video and photo it and then killed it , left blood stain on the bed sheet . So I only slept for one night . Did not try that use TV , no shower ,use my own toilet paper. I cleaned my trash , and took them to trash outside The house. It is below rate 3 , It seemed that No people do house keeping . What will your Expedia do for me for spending money for stay one night in such a room

Absolutely disgusting. No resemblance to anything advertised. My daughter was distraught seeing the state of the place. Disgusting shower, disgusting toilet that was rotted and moved left to right, disgusting shower, a used soap bar left there for multi person use and a blinking bathroom light.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! You should be ashamed allowing this hovel (yes I meant HOVEL!) to be advertised on your platform. I have given you and the hotel 3 opportunities over 8 days to fully refund my £46.38. I was first offered £10 then £25. The hotel don't care! And it seems neither do you. Bedbugs and who knows what else. Disgustingly dirty. The shared bathroom was worse than some bedsits I've lived in. Who knows when the rooms or communal areas were last cleaned. The first room had no working electrical sockets. The 2nd room my husband and I were eaten by bedbugs all night. I even had one crawl into my ear. I now have a serious allergic reaction possibly due to the bites. I AM SHOCKED THAT SUCH A PLACE IS ALLOWED TO HAVE PAYING GUESTS.

Avoid this hotel at all costs
The rooms were disgusting the staff were rude so we left. We have videos and pictures of how the rooms were presented to us but could not upload them to the site. Suffice to say it was disgraceful with other peoples dirty clothes left on the beds, beds were unmade, lots of empty bottles and cans, hair sticking out of the shower plug hole, dirty hand basin and dirty floors and tiles.

This could be a decent little place to stay. The staff weren't particularly friendly, but they weren't particularly unfriendly either. The main problem was the dirt. The room was grimy and dusty, rubbish was lying around on the floor, in drawers and on shelves, and the bedsheets had a peculiar musty smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bedbugs’ room was so smelly like old sock and very dirty bathroom also no cleaning, found bedbugs on bed reported staff he cam and chemical sprayed on bed and told that I can use bed in 10-15minutes, what a joke!!! No bed change!!!! Then I told the staff I could not stay overnight with this condition and left. Asking refund staff told complaint to Expedia then I did and wait for the property respond for 72hrs

The place looked like a crack den , I had to enter the building through the back door in an alleyway, there was bits of material and broken furniture everywhere , my room was absolutely stinking , there was the bed looked like something from strange ways prison only worse , the pillow was thinner than my quilt and I woke up with bed big bites all over me , the reception was non existent as the manager lived in the room next to the one I stayed in , very impolite and I’ve been itching all day with bite marks all over me , stay away from this place if you want to stay hygienic and clean , I feel like you would get a dose of something just by walking into the property

Turned the key in right after checking in. Unfortunately beds hads stains all over. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. And bugs were all over the place.

Die Unterkunft war richtig schreklich. Auf dem Bett waren Bettwanzen. Das Klo war dreckig. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es gab Blutflecken auf den Bettlaken. Rund um kein Ort zum verweilen. Sind nach ein paar Stunden sofort abgereist und in ein anderes Hotel.

Horrible punaise de lits partout
Un sejour horrible qui nous a dégoûté des hotels. Lorsqu on est arrivee en soiree pour prendre les cle une jeune femme qui a essayer de nous rasurer que tous se passera bien mais rien rien du tout ne sest passe de normal. Des alcolique toutes la soiree et a collé au soidisant accueil. Les toilettes sale Salle deau et chambre aucune netoyage et surtout ce qui ous le plus dégoûté horrifiée cest les punaise de lit. On a essayer de les contacter mais personne ne repondait on voulait partir le soir meme car cetait impossible quon dort dans cette horreur. Les oreillers etaient revouvert de punaises et javais un enfant avec moi. Je ne sait pas si jai ramener ces bestiole chez moi mais en tout cas je suis couvert de grosse plaque rouge sur tout le corp le dernier. Ne jamais reserver ici un conseil damis. Pour couronner le tout on a essayer en matinee des 5h du matin pour joindre et trouver une solition car on ne pouvais pas rester .... Désolé jai pas penser a faire de photos.
Tout le corp en est recouvert des morsure de punaise de lit

You couldn’t even stay there the room was really dirty and have badges on the bed. the sheets all stained and blood stain on it, we couldn’t even stay we walked out right away and we were about to call the police on them that much this property is not for a human to stay in it. Then we talked to the owner and he said he will canceled our room booking and refund us and they were lying the next day when I contacted the hotel.com they said the room was OK and we’re not getting any refund. It is a scam don’t go there.

The location wasn't great. My suitcase was locked in a room as I didn't want to carry it up the stairs because it was quite heavy. There was no one around in the morning to unlock the room where my suitcase was, when I wanted to leave. My room didn't lock from the inside and the entire place was unlocked so anyone could have come into my room and possibly other rooms. I would not recommend this place.

VISHAL what a champion. My father and I weren’t exactly happy with the cleanliness upon arrival however Vishal was more than happy to rectify the problem. He was super helpful and really got the price paid it was acceptable. I’m sitting in a Travelodge right now close by for 248£ for 2 nights and the only difference is they hoovered the carpet before we got here. Also cute little Inn with warmth and character close to shops bus and train nice river walk and great park close by. We ended up enjoying our stay and soon realised it was well priced compared to overpriced competitors. Thank you Vishal from Australia 🇦🇺

OYO cancelled my reservation without giving a reason other than "unavoidable circumstances" while I was driving to the hotel. They did not attempt to offer me alternative accommodation and punted me to Expedia to arrange for my refund on my own. This is clearly not an organization I would want to deal with again.

Check-in was awful, could not find the anyone to let us in for half an hour until a neighbor came and showed us to the managers apartment inside the building, which we couldn’t have found without this strangers kindness. When we finally met the manager he tried to charge us multiple more times for the room after we showed our itinerary number and explained we’d already paid, he insisted on trying to charge me card 2 more times. Worst of all, when we woke in the morning we found the bed full of bedbugs. We will be asking for a full refund due to the terrible conditions.

Filthy disgusting hell hole shine closed down.First room was tiny with damp walls,TV kaput,no furniture only bed and two chairs.pitch black at night fell over objects in corridor,then electric went so changed room for another tiny room.gave me no key so couldn't lock room, again TV kaput, mouse trap in room and bed bugs in bed.False pictures on website.

Needs some care on a few things...
Room has nothing to do with others OYO places I've been. Curtains should be changed once they are old and in bad shape; bed could be larger; carpet needs some vaccum. Toilet had no shampoo or soap and had to request for a towel... Good water pressure for the shower. Windows could be widely open, as I like it. Heater on but unnecessary once it was a hot day... Turn them off and slept with windows wide open... No katle, no microwave and no cutlery... Only a high light post to be use but didn't work... TV worked fine. WIFI didn't connect...
