Veldig positivt opphold på hotell med praktisk beliggenhet og god verdi for pengene. Ikke overdådig luksus, men stilfullt og tilstrekkelig oppdatert. Hyggelig staff, fint deluxe room med stort bad og god seng. Absolutt anbefalt!

Trivelig hotell med sentral plassering i posh nabolag. Personalet er hyggelige og imøtekommende. Designmessig tiltalende i fellesområdene og på rommet. Afternoon-tea- og kakesalong i stedet for bar. Bra renhold og service. Noe støy fra gaten (gjelder trolig ikke alle rom).

Amazing location. Tube, bus, taxi stand, ahopping, quality restaurants, and wonderful museums all within a very short walking distance. Also, the staff was incredible.

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a great area and is very conveniently located near the South Kensington station. The area is safe and walkable and is near museums and shopping. The hotel itself was charming, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and property were great however we were kept awake by the very noisy heating system in our 5th floor room. We changed rooms to another floor at around 1.00am where it was fine.
