Har aldri opplevd så dårlig service på et hotell tidligere, spesielt betjeningen på frokosten var dårlig. Kaffen fikk vi først da vi skulle gå etter å ha ventet i 30 minutter og spurt flere ganger. I tillegg fikk vi regning ved bordet på 12,5% service charge, selv om frokost var inkludert. Viste seg å være frivillig å betale, men det fredstid ikke slik. Det manglet flere ting på rommet, og måtte spørre flere ganger før det ble levert. Skal aldri bo der igjen.

Hyggelige personale
Veldig fint opphold. Romslig rom med 2 store enkeltsenger. Gode madrasser. Hyggelige personale, spesielt de som jobber på restaurant Origin. Litt dyr frokost, så vi valgte å spise et annet sted. Fint med gratis vann på flaske under hele oppholdet. Ingen gratis wifi tilgjengelig.

A hotel with so many friendly staffmembers!
We (adult daughter and I) had an amazing stay in a Garden View Deluxe Twin room on 9.th floor. What amazed us the most was the friendliness and serviceminded staff. That also includes the very nice and friendly housekeeper responsible for our room (937), who we met in the hallway a couple of times. The view of the Kensington Park and London Skyline from our room was stunning. The breakfast was great (remember that you can have omelets and and other things made to order, but you have to tell the waiter). The beds were a bit to hard for my taste, but another person might find them perfect.

Kunne vært bedre frokost og varmere dyner :)
Noe slapp frokost - ikke brød - ikke eggerøre osv.. Kaldt om natten - for tynne dyner - men ellers et veldig bra opphold - + med pianobar, og The doorman var veldig hyggelig...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with family while visiting London and it was a fantastic. The amenities where great with on-site parking, breakfast was great, and the hotel is located next to many small restaurants and stores. The underground and bus stops are all within walking distance making it easy to navigate the city on public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience and would return it back in London again.

数年間ほどリニューアルの為に閉まっていたのですが、また再開したとの事で泊まりました。 部屋が今まで以上に綺麗になり、スタッフも気持ちが良い対応で、もっと好きになりました。 最初に泊まったのは13年前。 それから折あるごとに泊まっていました。 これからもロンドンに滞在の時はこちらに泊まろうと思います。 ハイストリートケンジントンでのお買い物、ケンジントンガーデンでの散歩、少し足を伸ばせば自然史博物館やV&Aやデザインミュージアムにも行けます。 ホテル前はバス停なので便利です。

This was my second time staying at the Royal Garden. I hope I can stay there again soon. It may not quite be a true five star hotel, but it is great value. Rooms in London are not large, but my room was big enough and the bathroom was large enough for a tub. There is great storage space and everything you need, including a refrigerator. I was very comfortable. Best of all, of course, is the location. It is so nice to be next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. And being at one end of Kensington High Street is very convenient for food, drink, shopping and transportation. I am lucky enough to have been to London many times and the southwest corner of the park is my favorite area to stay. Royal Garden Hotel is right there.

The location was just perfect. We loved the view of the park and walking in the park. Easy access to bus and underground. Enjoyed local dessert and hot chocolate shops in walking distance.

Really lovely property and wonderful staff. A really family-friendly hotel in the middle of a busy area. The restaurant was fully booked and they accommodated us in the bar (with children). They welcomed our 2 year old with multiple gifts/toys and provided us with a bunch of bottled water. The rooms were also in perfect condition. Truly impressed! Can’t wait to stay here again.

I expected from a hotel of this size and location But the rooms are very small. However, there was the sound of water movement in the bathroom ceiling, which was very, very annoying. It kept me awake all night. I asked them to work on it, but unfortunately no one responded. It was a bad experience due to my one night stay in London I would not recommend this hotel to a frequent traveler
