Rolige omgivelser rundt Themsen. Cafe Rouge i nærheten samt vinbarer. Internasjonal atmosfære, gå avstand til DLRbanen til city eller Canary Wharf. Shipping museum like ved.Fugleliv i kanalområdet .Skyskrapere i fin Art Deco stil!

I stayed here with my 2 kids and the hotel was great. My only issue was how staff manage the check out process. There is no review of charges before you leave. After check out, i received my receipt which incorrectly charged me for another guest's bar tab. After exchanging over 8 emails with the hotel over several hours, i was told they had found the error and would refund the charge within 10 working days. Whilst they were apologetic, i do think it is cheeky to unilaterally charge guest's credit cards which are left with them on trust without checking with the guest first.

I had a lovely stay at Marriott, the staff were very helpful & very pleasant too. However, I requested for help with my suitcases and a large weightless bag while checking out. During this process, the weightless bag that was totally intact all the way from Chicago to London got badly damaged, and the handle was ripped off. This experience ruined what could have otherwise been a 5 star experience for me.

Staff are amazing!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Bed was really comfortable and room was spacious. The staff are all amazing and really made our stay. Only couple of issues was the queue for breakfast and the wait for lifts but these were minor problems and didn't spoil our stay.

It’s a lovely clean hotel, but don’t get mislead by the initial photo of the property - showing the views of Canary Wharf! Hotels building doesn’t have the panoramic views at all… in fact our room was facing the inner yard - facing the other rooms/windows.. very comfortable, big beds, spotless bath/shower… nice big room, good transport amenities with lots of places to eat around.

This property is advertised as 5 stars although it’s not even 3. I stayed at third floor and the entire floor smelled damp when getting off the elevator. The room had a noisy unhealthy “ventilation” on all day, decades old and a real health risk. Bathroom was from the seventies with a dirty country kitchen curtain hanging instead of a shower screen, a poorly functioning old fashion shower and old barely working controls for it.

Not a 5 star hotel. Room was very dated (especially the bathroom). No firm pillows. I had to call reception twice and waited 30 mins for firm pillows. Very uncomfortable nights sleep.

I dont think this is a five star hotel. I was sorely disappointed to see a shower curtain! When you’re paying this much, the fact they don’t even give you a bathrobe or disposable slippers beggars belief.
