Beautifully located
A very nice hotel, located in the beautiful Kensington area. Close to the underground and with shops and restaurants close by. Check in went well, and we got upgraded to a garden view. The rooms are spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, and the duvet was nice and warm. Soaps in the bathroom smell great! There were sime signs of wear and tear. A stain on a chair and one on a lamp screen. The floors gave way when walking in certain spots, and the air system made an annoying noise. The water temperature was a bit tricky to set in the shower. We were over all happy with our stay and the service and food at breakfast were excellent. I would have wanted even more focus on cleanliness in the room. Would come back!

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet i forhold til både buss og undergrunn. Hyggelig personale og fine rom (dog litt lite lys). God frokost.

Vi bestilte rom med to senger men det var ikke sengetøy til to personer. Da vi ba om sengetøy kom de med ett laken og sa de ikke hadde flere dyner. Madrassen på ekstrasengen var skitten og ventilasjonsanlegget lagde så mye lyd at det var vanskelig å sove.

Good place for a weekend
Great location with only 1 minute walk to subway station. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice hotel and staff but rooms are almost too small for 2 persons. Bathroom is tiny and only suitable for 1 person. Very nice and quiet if you have a room facing the garden!

Kjempefint hotell, med flott hage. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Eneste minus var at det ikke var varme i gulvet på badet.

Perfect location, might stay again
The location was the main reason why I chose this hotel. It's two minutes from Earl's court underground, and there's plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. A huge tesco is also located just around the corner, under 10 minutes in walking distance. The staff was very polite and friendly, and they all met us with a smile. I loved the vibe of the staff and hotel, there's also a beautiful garden that we sadly didn't explore this time. However, for the price you pay, you expect a bit more. The rooms are tiny and not that clean, it didn't seem like the right square feet as stated in the booking. Maybe the HUGE, unnecessary closet took over some of the square feet. The extra bed that were provided was a disaster. We did not expect a wobbly, little bed with a matress that lived its own life. Do not recommend a situation where you're in need of an extra bed. The hallway and bathroom was also tiny! You had to be careful when standing in the hallway if someone used the bathroom. The two doors kept crashing into each other. We thought the room was big enough when we booked. We chose this room type because of the nice descriptions and the size. We would of course have chosen another room, had we only known that the description was incorrect. But as stated initially, the big closet might have ruined the overall impression. There was also a misunderstanding with the staff. They left us waiting for a long time without giving us a feedback we requested. Had to seek them out myself.

Nice hotel with perfect location.
Nice and clean room. Comfortable beds. The carpet was a little worn out. Upgrade recommended as we went for the cheapest double room and got a room on the lower floor/basement, which felt a little dark although it had small windows facing the backyard. Very nice service, especially in the breakfast room. The hotel is close to the metro station with just a short trip in to the city center.

Flott hotell som lå 2 min gange fra Earls Court Tube stasjon. Ligger i en rolig sidegate så stille og rolig om natten. Vi hadde et superior room da vi var to voksne og to barn og det var et stort rom hvor det også var plass til å ha kofferter selv om ekstraseng var utslått. Frokosten var også bra og man kunne bestille omelett, eggerøre etter eget ønske

Room was not as pictured on website as it had a very wide post blocking the garden window view. This post was not in any pictures of the room; it made the room very dark and you couldn’t see out the window from the bed area. The bathroom was the size of a closet.

Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic Hotel -- Book Now!
My stay at the K+K Hotel George Kensington was outstanding. The staff was fantastic, taking care of my every request. The managers, Marina and Phillip, helped me find the best things to do and helped me get tickets for shows. And the morning after the events they helped arrange, they were so excited to find out that I enjoyed each one. It's clear that they are perfect for their jobs and that they love helping guests. The room was tiny, which I was expecting. I selected the garden view, and the garden was lovely.

Ensimmäisessä huoneessa oli koiperhosia. Saimme vaihdettua huoneen, mutta uusi huone niin kuin vanhakin oli todella epäsiisti. Naulakot rikki, tapetit repeytyneet, roskis rikki, lattiat natisivat, naapurihuoneessa kun joku liikkui, peili heilui meidän huoneessa. Kokolattiamatto osittain repeytynyt ja todella likainen. Vettä ei tullut suihkussa paineella. Palohälytyksiä tuli yöllä.. Jätimme viimeisen yön yöpymättä ja etsimme lähistöltä paremman hotellin, mikä oli vielä edullisempi. Aamupalalla moni asia loppu ja lautaset sekä lasit olivat likaisia!

Always excellent! I love this hotel. Staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing and very convenient close to the underground (walking distance 3 mins). Love it and will definitely book again. Bottles of water daily in the room as well.

Excellent location, clean room, true king size bed
Excellent hotel. We had 3 adults in a quiet garden view room. It was perfect for us. Very clean hotel and room with a couple minute walk to the Earls Court tube which took us everywhere we wanted to go. The area was quiet with plenty of restaurants within a quick walking distance. I will definitely stay here again soon!

Das Hotel liegt nahe der U-Bahn und hat etliche Restaurants und Supermärkte im näheren Umfeld. Der Check-In war einfach und unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr große Fensterfront,welche leider absolut undicht war. Es hat ständig kalt hinein gezogen. Trotz Heizung konnte der hintere Teil vom Zimmer nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben,so wie viele andere Gäste, einen zusätzlichen Radiator bekommen,trotzdem war es zu kalt. Kurzerhand mussten wir das 1-er Bett vor das Doppelbett stellen. Hatte enorme Platzeinbußen zur Folge. Alles in allem sehr schade,weil das Hotel optisch einen super Eindruck hinterlässt, aber Renovierungsarbeiten wären an manchen Ecken und Enden schon notwendig.

The room itself was a challenge. The windows were very high and above eye level and required a great deal of strength and a tool to open and close. But we needed the windows because the room would be unbearably warm without it. Otherwise everything was very good. I heard that other floors were better but our room felt very confined with nothing to look at but four walls and the high set windows were quite difficult to operate
