We discovered some dirty spots on our sheets and pillowcases, I went down to ask for new and the receptionist told me she would be right up. After waiting for 30 minutes I walked down again. She didn’t even recognize me nor remember that I needed new sheet and pillowcases. Tried to convince her that we needed new now, but she was less than interested. Another receptionist had to intervene to make her acknowledge our needs. She eventually came up with a sheet but no pillowcases. She told me that pillows didn’t have cases, after a short one minute argument, I took another pillow (we had a family room), ripped the case off and showed her. She still tried to convince me that they didn’t have cases. Eventually she told me that she would look, she came back after a couple of minutes with two new cases. She said nothing, no hello, no sorry, no nothing.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay prior to my flight the following morning. Perfect location- just catch the public bus from the airport. Check in was nice and easy and staff very polite and helpful. I was instructed to where the free tea and coffee service was and informed about times and location for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom also clean and modern. I had a space themed room which was rather unusual but not in a bad way. I had a view of the runway from my window so I did spend a few moments watching the planes take off - literally one every minute 😳. Bed very comfortable but I like a soft pillow or two and there’s were like bricks so not a great night sleep but that’s just my personal preference. Breakfast was a good selection, nice and fresh and hot and plentiful. Check out really easy and quick 5 min stroll across the road to catch the bus to T5 (10 mins max). Would definitely stay again if needed another overnight layover.

Excellent stay, soft comfy beds, cute and clean room, perfect for a night stay to catch a flight! Local buses to and from the airport are located literally right by the hotel at the intersection of Bath and Nene Streets. Glad I found this gem of a hotel, would be happy to stay here if I was visiting London via LHR again.

I can’t review for this property. Expedia and American Airlines delayed my flight. Instead staying at your wonderful hotel I spent 9 hours in uncomfortable chair at the gates of airport. They even didnt refund me for this reservation. Most humaliating experience.

Convenient for Heathrow Airport. Dining area had a stylish modern look. Food menu has enough variety. The plates at breakfast were very small. The range of food items wwre sufficient . My bedroom carpet was very worn with the design only covered 1/3 of the floor. Good lights and a decent sized bathroom. For the price i paid it was good value .

Although I stayed for 1 night, my room was noisy as I kept hearing noises from the vent. It was so bad that it kept waking me up. If I had booked for longer, I would have changed rooms. Otherwise, it was small but simple and served its purpose.

The hopper bus is available from airport and subway to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good portions for the price. The hotel staff was very polite. They arranged for a 4am taxi to the airport. We are traveling with an 8 and 10 year old and the couch/bed was large enough to sleep them comfortably.

The hotel is in a good location from the airport after a long flight. There is a service station next door for food and a large selection for breakfast. THE DISAPPOINTING THING TO ME IS I PICKED UO MY HIRE CAR EARLY IN THE MORNING AND RECEPTION SAID I COULD PARK IN THEIR CAR PARK FOR FREE AS I WAS ONLY HAVING BREAKFAST AND THEN LOADING THE CAR UP. A FEW MONTHS AFTER I RETURNED HOME I RECEIVED A FINE FROM A PARKING COMPANY FOR USING THE CAR PARK. I HAVE E-MAILED THE HOTEL AND HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE

The hotel location was convenient and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel room decor were very basic, and the bathroom reminded me of a stay in hospital. The room price didn't include breakfast so we decided not to have it.

After I flushed the toilet once, it ran all night. Next morning I asked where to get the Hotel Hoppa bus back to the airport and was given the wrong information. I would have missed my flight had I not asked at a different hotel down the street.
