Hadd et tre netters opphold,det er ikke dette hotellet for. Sma rom ingen bekvemligheter på rommet ikke en stol engang en plast krakk ala Ikea type var alt i tilegg til sengen. Frokosten kan man få bedre og billigere på en av de nærliggende Pubene...

Området hotellet ligger i er koselig på dagtid.ikke så koselig på kvelden.en del fyll og spetakkel i helgene.7-8 min til t-bane stasjonen. Med oyster card kommer du deg til London på rundt 35-40 min. 25 til Heathrow.annbefaler samtidig appen Citymapper.den er enkel å bruke og gratis.med den blir det veldig enkelt å komme seg rundt med offentlig transport i de fleste større byer.

it is close to a subway station (zone four). but it is 45 minutes away from London downtown and the subway can be very crowded. for the price and what it offers, it is a good investment.

Constantly noisy from landing flights passing over the hotel. A security spotlight was illuminating the window of my room. Preventing me from using daylight to wake. Pretty disorienting. The computer (*phone) system went down causing problems for room entry systems Very poor internet.

Sewer smell very very strong had to keep the window open. Hair all over the rooms dirty sheets and pillows even after switching rooms still didn’t make any difference. Clean and friendly hotel.
First hotel with no carpets in the rooms, no kettle/ drinks making facilities in your room but machine in reception that you may pay for. Room toilet felt clostrophobic and the shower is in the bedroom. Room was clean but basic.

Thank you for your feedback, Chandra. I was disappointed that you felt that the standard of English amongst staff, especially those on Reception was unacceptable. Whilst we are a multi-national company that employs staff from a diverse range of backgrounds, it is a requirement that all front desk staff have a certain level of fluency in English. I was disappointed to learn that the standard of cleanliness in your bedroom fell below expectations. Our Housekeeping team have a stringent set of daily procedures to follow and it is evident these were not adhered to on this occasion, for this I apologise.

The hotel stay left a bad impression. Rooms had mold, and the leaky windows allowed the noise from the busy street to disrupt tranquility. The tiny toilet and impractical shower setup compromised comfort. Cleaning was only done upon checkout, and breakfast remained meager and uninspiring. A malfunctioning elevator and the absence of a luggage room were additional drawbacks. The lobby toilets were dirty. The only positive point was that some colleagues of the staff tried their best to make the stay comfortable. Overall, the stay was rather disappointing due to the mentioned shortcomings.

Absolutely NO customer service. Expedia are liars - they listed this property as having parking included in the price. There is no parking available at this hotel whatsoever. The only parking is an extremely limited third party lot which you must pay for on top of your hotel stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are like frightening hospital cubicles. There wasn't even enough room at the end of the bed to wheel my suitcase through. Bathroom facilities look like airplane facilities. Hallways haven't been vacuumed in weeks. Place is awful and staff will lie to your face to avoid serving. Horrible place

Thank you for your feedback, Samantha . . As with most city centre hotels, the hotel does indeed charge for parking. I understand that this is one of the few central hotels able to provide guests with on site parking, and that the rates offered are competitive. Nonetheless, I am sorry that you were not aware of this charge prior to your stay; this should have been clearly communicated. I was disappointed to learn of the manner in which your query was dealt with by a member of our staff. This lack of customer service is not acceptable and I assure you that appropriate action has been taken to ensure that an incident of this nature does not reoccur.

The good thing is that the reception staff are very pleasant and welcoming. We also appreciated that the receptionist provided us with the extra pillows we requested. But definitely be prepared for a "budget" experience as the hotel name suggests. Rooms are quite small and stripped down to bare essentials - in ours, sink and shower were in the main room and the toilet was in a separate closet. Don't expect a whole lot of space to place luggage and belongings. Unfortunately, our room had not been swept properly between guests as a fair bit of noticeable food matter was visible on the floor between the twin beds. Hopefully, this was a one-off oversight and not typical of their housekeeping practices. We'd likely pay a bit more in future to stay in one of the nearby properties.

I am sure that had you addressed these issues with the staff on duty at the time they would have made every effort to rectify the situation, however this does not in any way excuse the disappointment you were subject to and you should not take this as indicative of the level and service that Ibis strives to provide.

L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport Heathrow donc on entend toutes les 10’ (de jour) des avions passer. La douche est collée à la chambre donc l’intimité n’est pas top. Traces de moisissures sur le plafond et odeur peu agréable dans la chambre. Employés sympathiques. Quartier attractif mais lointain du centre de Londres (55’ en métro depuis Hounslow Central) Carte d’hôtel qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Dans l’ensemble pas déçu mais ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose d’exceptionnel, c’est le minimum, cela vaut le prix.

Only good thing was the one staff member that was extremely considerate, nice and helpful. Bar her the room was dirty, breakfast basic and even stale. Would only use this hotel if I couldn’t find another one!

I assure you that the shortfalls in cleanliness you have described are not at all typical. In view of your comments, expected standards have been reiterated to all housekeeping staff.
