Had a stay at the hotel between flights. Couldn’t fault the facilities or staff. Unfortunately our flight was delayed/cancelled several times, we requested a late check out, they said we could for £75 until 6pm. When 6:00 pm came around our flight was cancelled until the a.m. I requested another nights stay but the guy at reception told me no rooms only a suite costing £500. His attitude was what got to me, we were basically stranded at Heathrow with no room but he gave me the impression of so what. In my opinion airport hotels should have some “overflow” rooms for such cases. Got into Radisson blu, no issues, great service. Sorry Hilton your off my choice now.
