Great hotel at Heathrow
Perfect hotel to stay at if your catching an early flight the next day. This was my secound stay and there will be more in the future :) Nice staff, clean and spacious room.

Supert hotell beliggende på Heathrow å benytte seg av om man skal fly fra denne flyplassen. Kun 2 min gange fra ankomsthallen, enkelt å finne (skiltet). Rent, pent, romslig og corona-vennlig. Kan anbefales

Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night ahead of an early departure from Heathrow. Super comfy bed and room was very clean and tidy. Despite being close to the runways didn’t hear a thing and had a wonderful nights sleep. Super attentive staff, dining options and bar - recommended.

Very convenient for terminal 2 at Heathrow airport. Only a 10 minute walk to departures. Restaurant available, but also a comfortable bar. Food was good. Would definitely stay again, especially if I had an early morning flight. Recommended.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night due to an issue in the boiler room. That completely messed up our plan to deal with the jet lag by staying in a hotel. Another guest said "this happened last time" and the reviews indicate that they have maintenance issues. We expected they would offer a coupon or a meal or something- nothing. I assume they don't care about the customers because of the location (they have enough), but it is still surprising....

We had such an easy check in with Reem! They were also very accommodating with our four year old and were very quick to make up our pull out sofa into a bed for him. Sadly the restaurant was a miss for us. The food was over priced, and wasn't very good. Service in the restaurant was also really lacking.

We got a room with water pipes over the ceiling by the door. The water dripping noice was on most of the nigh sometime it was loud. It woke us up a few times during the night. We did call the hotel about it and they sent a service person to check it out but we were told that it was the water pipe and they couldn’t fix it. That water dripping noises totally ruined our night.

Had a stay at the hotel between flights. Couldn’t fault the facilities or staff. Unfortunately our flight was delayed/cancelled several times, we requested a late check out, they said we could for £75 until 6pm. When 6:00 pm came around our flight was cancelled until the a.m. I requested another nights stay but the guy at reception told me no rooms only a suite costing £500. His attitude was what got to me, we were basically stranded at Heathrow with no room but he gave me the impression of so what. In my opinion airport hotels should have some “overflow” rooms for such cases. Got into Radisson blu, no issues, great service. Sorry Hilton your off my choice now.

PERFECT for a layover. Close to terminal 2 arrivals and directly at the metro. Quiet & no issue with plane noise for sleeping . Nice modern amenities and extensive breakfast buffet. A late check out option would be nice.
