Nice staff; consistently professional and efficient. Very helpful in pointing out logistics. This hotel is connected to the Southside of the airport at Terminal 4; there is a Hoppa bus to take you to the other terminals, or you can walk into Term 4 (connected), go down stairs in T4 and take the train to the other terminals

No information on room service… I had to go down to reception to get a menu. TV remote didn’t work… I had to call for new batteries… but please check before guests arrive. No shampoo or body wash in the shower. No moistening lotion at the sink.

We booked the club room and we weren’t disappointed. Breakfast and service was excellent. And we had a really good nights sleep. The only negative was the actual checkin. We had to ask what time breakfast was served and the member of staff didn’t even ask for a swipe of a credit card so it was slightly embarrassing when we walked out the restaurant at dinner time! We never realised! Hence why the staff rating is just a 3*.

This hotel is perfect for traveling through Heathrow, it’s just a short walk from terminal 4 and has 24 hour room service if you’re arriving too late to make it for dinner at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety and staff was very professional. My room was spacious and clean, will be making this my go-to place to stay when traveling.

Only stay here is you are desperate. The hotel staff at reception are rude, they give you a different check in time to what Expedia says and they try and sign you up to a rewards program which “allows” you to check in “early”. The room I was in had a terrible cigarette smell and the restaurant charged exhorbinate prices. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express at the beginning of the trip (which was in the other half of the building). Staff was nicer/more helpful at Express, it was less expensive and Crown Plaza wasn’t significantly better in terms of rooms or amenities. Crown Plaza staff were snippy on the two occasions we had to interact with them.

Very convenient for Heathrow Terminal 4, which is accessible via a covered walkway, takes only a few minutes to get there, ideal for overnight stay before a morning flight. High quality food in on-site restaurant. I stayed in a suite which is very spacious with fast wi-fi.

It is further from the terminal than you would think it would be. The hotel is excellent, with plenty of options for eating and the city is accessible through the subway.

Crown Plaza Hotel at Heathrow T4 was an excellent choice for convenience to the T4 departure lounge and also convenient to catch the Piccadilly Line Rail into London. The room was clean and quite ok for transit purposes. I found the single bed a little narrow as I thought I might fall out of it one morning in the dark 🙄 but my sister had no complaints about her similar sized single bed, so maybe it was just me 😁 The restaurant downstairs was ok, service was a little haphazard and one can easily spend plenty of cash for an average quality meal. However it was good to have a restaurant on site at the hotel. Overall, the Crown Place Hotel was ok and would definitely stay there again based on its proximity to Heathrow T4 and train access into London.

ホテルはターミナル4にあるので、一旦ターミナル2、3まで無料のヒースローエクスプレスで移動した後にターミナル5に行きました。 パディントンからも、一旦ターミナル2、3で乗り換えてからターミナル4に行くので少し戸惑いました。 このホテルはホリデーインとくっ付いているため、共有エレベーターを降りてから左右に分かれる作りとなっています。 部屋は思った以上に簡素で、これなら隣の朝食付きの安価なホテルの方が良かったかもと思いました。 ホテルには備えついていない綿棒がバスルームに転がっていたり、シミだらけの枕カバーだったりと残念なことがたくさんありました。

When I arrived at this property, they gave me the long winter start, and then they changed it into the correct room, there was no tea or coffee. The TV didn’t work and if they had been any tea or coffee, the kettle didn’t work. I reported this to the reception. They said they wouldn’t fix it and nothing was done about it so I didn’t really enjoy this hotel and I don’t think I’ll be going there again

had a booking of 2 adults and one child with extra sofa bed. checked in to find out that there was no extra bed set up for the little one. It was too late to ask for change of room or setup of the sofa bed, as we had to catch up early flight the next day. It was disgusted as we actually paid extra for that!

Although my checkin was short and I was provided with no information about the hotel, where the lifts were etc. they were very swift to respond regarding an issue with my room. I guess it depends on the member of staff you’re dealing with.

There was clearly a leak that stained the floor/carpet of our room. We alerted the front desk, but that room should be repaired before it is used again. Food in the restaurant is below average and over priced. Hours for dining should be extended since you are "serving" international travelers. Dining options are LIMITED. You should provide wash cloths since you are serving an international travel base.
