Rent og greit
Greit sted å sjekke inn på vei til eller fra Heathrow, med kort vei til undergrunnsbanen. Hyggelig resepsjon som passet bagasjen før innsjekking og etter utsjekking. Rent rom, med et knøttlite bad. Det var ikke noe skrivebord på rommet. Utenfor var det en del lyder, så de som er sensitive på det bør vurdere å ta med ørepropper. Ålreit strøk, med det man måtte behøve av butikker og spisemuligheter. Absolutt aktuelt å overnatte her igjen.

Komfortable senger, hyggelig betjening, men...
Billig og helt ok hotell. Hyggelig betjening, god frokost, gode senger, men preget av mye utvendig støy. Politi- og ambulansesirener ofte både natt og dag. Dette i tillegg til nærhet til Heathrow gjør at jeg ikke vil anbefale dette hotellet til gjester som trenger mye søvn.

Du får det du betaler for
Rommet er knøttlite, med et bad på størrelse med en herresko. Men det koster ikke allverden. Rent og pent var det jo. Kjekt hotell som ligger nærme Heathrow dersom du skal rekke et tidlig fly. Veldig fornøyd alt i alt. Støy fra flyplassen var irriterende men!

God stand for prisen
Bra stand for prisen, god bussforbindelse til flyplassen. Kunne derimot ikke bruke føner der. Vil ta inn på dette hotellet neste gang hvis det blir nødvendig med overnatting.

The room is not small but the toilet + bath room is extremely small. When we sat on the toilet, the sink was just above my lap and my knees could touch the door. We also found that the bedsheet were just put on the floor outside the rooms before the staff changed them. I don't think the floor / carpet is clean. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was noisy (sound of aircrafts, ambulances, people at the bar at night time etc). The points above are negative but there are positive things: close to Hounslow Central tube station (10 mins walk), lots of super markets, restaurants. It provides free parking and also the fee is low. Therefore, I shouldn't give them too low rating.

Staff are very nice . I like the use of disposable cups and plenty of tea and coffee. The cleaners deserve a medal as the hotel was spotless. Nice view form my room

The hotel was very nice and welcoming. It is easy to travel there by public transport. The staff I met were very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the television was very small and had no remote control .

Perfect for what we needed so no complaints as could walk to Twickenham (about 25 mins) but the toilet is hilarious as you can only just about sit on it with the door closed - then you have the sink on your lap !! And I am only 5ft !!!

The property was announced as a hotel which is deceptive it is really a motel or inn.No microwave,no refrigerator.The shower does not have a soap holder.The mattress needs to be changed you can feel the springs when you lay on it.There is only a small table and a chair to eat on.

Stay for Twickers
Great location for Twickers. Good for food in local area. Bathroom very very small but shower surprisingly good. Staff good and polite. Only 108 quid for 2 nights so it did its job for the price.

room was very dusty. there was ducktape on the window blind holding it together. the bathroom was about as big as a postage stamp. it was a cheap price but that shouldn't deter from the cleanliness

Good location, very basic and noisy
Hotel is in the centre of Hounslow and a short walk from the station and several decent pubs. It is also a 30 minute walk from Twickenham so good for the rugby. The main problems are that the bathroom is tiny, which is a little daft because it could probably be extended and there would still be enough space in the main room. The second problem is the planes flying over. I don't think the windows were even double glazed so the noise of the planes coming in to land was very loud, and started at about 5.30 a.m.! Final issue is the very old shaky and noisy lift, which if I had to go up to the top floor I would be a little apprehensive to use!

Déception en arrivant que nous n'avions pas de divan lit dans la chambre. La toilette est tellement petite qu'elle n'est pas fonctionnelle. Par contre, l'accueil est super. À partir de 22h il faut défoncer la porte pour entrer.

Great location for Twickenham Stadium at about 25mins walk - room basic but warm and clean. Only negative was traffic noise, which is obviously pretty much out hotels control

Small bathroom and wrong pricing
Booked the hotel and given the cost of £46.50. On arrival I was told firstly they had not received my booking and secondly the cost was £52 per night. After showing the email confirmation they dropped the cost to £50. The room was tidy but the bathroom was so small, my knees were underwear the sink when sitting in the loo. You could not turn around in there's without keeping the door open. No breakfast available but Wetherspoons over the road was very good value for money

Bon séjour à l'hôtel. Proche du métro c'est un avantage, cependant un peu loin du centre (env 40 minutes en transport jusqu'à Picca). Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre dispose de tout le nécessaire.

We stayed here one night. Hounslow is still quite far away from London. But the Underground station was very close. (5 minute walk). In 40 minutes you are in the city centre. The room is fine. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. You just have everything you need. The bed was good aswell. When you shut the window, it’s very quiet aswell.The bathroom was quite small, but everything works and everything is clean. The hotelstaff is excellent. A big compliment to them. They really try to solve everything for you, and make you feel very welcome. Even in the middle of the night! They are very kind. The hotel is a bit old here and there (like the elevator), but that doesn’t disturb at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a citytrip to London, and doens’t want to pay much for a hotel.

Having to wait over 20 minutes to check in and then see people paying £52 for the same room that I had paid £70 for - not happy! The room itself a luxury double - the room was only just big enough to house the double bed and the bathroom/toilet was ridiculously small with the hot water tap in the basin not working

Friendly efficient staff & a clean quiet room with tiny but well appointed shower room. Exactly what I expected to get when I booked a budget hotel for a few hours sleep before a morning flight from Heathrow the next day. I asked for an iron and was handed this (see picture) but when I pointed out the state of it a replacement was found!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy overall with the hotel. The bathroom was extremely tiny, but we made it work. The room was warm and very clean. Close to transportation, near places to eat. I felt safe going to and from the tube station. I'd stay here again.

Rugby weekend
The room was good for the price but the Wc shower room was miles to small.& was leaking & they had towels behind the Wc as well as on the floor. We only noticed when we got back from the Rugby to change & freshen up. Did say something but they didn't even make a comment.
