Really great place to stay! We went to London as a group, and it was very convenient. Close to the airport, and just 20 min to Paddington station. Awesome with Tesco (open 6am.11pm) as closest neighbor, we could fix our own food. I'll definitely come again!

Perfekt beliggenhet
Vi fikk rom før innsjekk da vi kom tidligere enn insjekktiden. Rommene er store og med kjøkken og kjøleskap/fryser og tekoker så står man så fritt til hva man har lyst å spise. Plasseringen på hotell leilighetene er helt perfekt med tog stasjon rett ved. Vi harbrukt dette hotellet hver eneste gang vi har vært i England.

God beliggenhet
Sentralt leilighetshotell, da det er kort avstand til Heathrow og togstasjonen rett utenfor døra. Grei størrelse på minikjøkkenet med det vi trengte og innbydende bad. Vi hadde et lengre opphold, og det ble ikke vasket ordentlig en eneste gang i løpet av 2 uker. Vi forventer at gulv er rene og badet rengjøres nøye da housekeeping kommer innom. Praktisk med restaurant i bygget og dagligvare butikk rett ved siden av.

The hotel was very nice and it was perfect. The staff was always smiling and saying hi so I really liked that. I think the hotel is a bit far away from central though, but other than that it was a really good hotel.

Ødelagt deler av turen.
Bodde på hotellet i åtte dager. Vi fikk ødelagt to netter. Andre natta pga evakuering mellom kl 23.50 og 06.00. Fikk ødelagt hele dagen etter med planer. Tredje natta pga at air condition anlegget ikke fungerte på rommet vårt. Som kompensasjon skulle vi få 2 netter og frokost for hele oppholdet. Vi fikk disse to nettene, men de glemte å legge inn frokosten. Når vi kom til frokosten, fikk vi beskjed om at det ikke var lagt inn. Vi fikk spist frokost den ene dagen, men dette måtte klareres med Warren for dagene videre. Vi fikk aldri kontakt med Warren igjen pga at han ikke var på jobb, når vi var på hotellet. Ellers har det vært en grei tur. Det er andre gang vi bor på Staycity i Hayes og 5. gangen hos Staycity-kjeden. I utgangspunktet hyggelige mennesker.

One overnight stay
Very happy that we picked this hotel. As promised it was an approx 5 minute journey on the train from Terminal 2, and the hotel is situated right beside the station. We were upgraded from a single bedroom to a double bedroom apartment. So good to have the extra space and kitchen/living area. . The bed was comfortable. Everything necessary is provided including an iron and ironing board. Satisfactory level of cleanliness. Will very happily stay here again when I need to stay close to Heathrow.

Bra plass, ellers greit.
Bra leilighet, sofaen var elendig, gikk nesten ikke an å sitte på den fordi putene skled av hele tiden. Den var også veldig slitt. Jernbanen var rett utenfor hotellinngangen, 10 minutter inn med tog til Paddington Station. Hvis man skal videre inn til sentrum, anbefales at man går av på stasjonen før Paddington, Ealing Broadway, for her kan du gå rett på "Central Line" på undergrunnsbanen. Vi var en familie på 5, greit med plass i leiligheten, kjøkkenet kunne ha vært litt bedre utstyrt, men ok. Det var nok litt langt ut for oss, etter en lang dag med mye gåing hadde vi togturen hjem, litt slitsomt, men billig og mye bedre plass enn det vi hadde fått sentralt i London. Internett var ubrukelig. Hvis du er avhengig av det, så tviler jeg på om dette er rette stedet for deg. Ellers greit med butikk i nærheten, veldig lett å få tak i taxi (rett utenfor).

Fantastisk hotell og beliggenhet!
Utrolig god service og komfort på hotellet samt bra beliggenhet nær tog- og busstasjon. Direkte buss til London Heathrow flyplass og kort vei til butikker og restauranter i nærheten av hotellet. Barnevennlig og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personalet. Dette hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste!

Decent hotel.
The hotel itself was pretty decent in all areas. Our only complaint is that room service did not once come and tidy up our room for the 3 day stay despite us telling the hotel and the roomservice lady. Our towels were not changed, bedsheets not changed etc.

Well thought through
Absolutely brilliant, let down only by an uncomfortable sofa bed (thin mattresses on top of a wire frame, with a metal bar right on your hips). The main beds were fine. Sofa bed more suitable for children than an adult. Apart from that, everything was well thought through, even down to salt and pepper sachets being provided, and a dishwasher tablet! Staff were brilliant. Place was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Was also relatively spacious. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Location is good near trainstation. About 20£ with cab to Heathrow Airport from location. Good service from staff in reception. Second time I'm using this apartments and I will love to came back again. Would love to have cleaning for the room but that was not included.

a little extra - the hotel could improve a lot
Arriving in the evening, it was rather challenging to find the hotel - not the address, but the hotel - despite the description. The family apartment was good sized, and had a king sized bed. But... 1) if you want cleaning during the stay (our was 1 week) you needed to pay extra - this was not mentioned on hotels.com 2) room booked for a family of four - only two bath towels - and if you wanted more, or change during the stay, you had to pay (not mentioned on hotels.com) 3) the fridge - I put it to 4C, but in the morning everything was frozen (the freezer in the top was missing the door, so the -15C was falling down literally freezing everything. 4) the room was very heated - and the windows (facing the train station) could not open. Only one in the living room could open 5 cm - which is not a lot to get fresh air (unless open for a long time... causing train noise for a long time). 5) Parking at the hotel is expensive - there is however good possibilities free of charge on streets nearby.

The apartment was ok. Comfortable. The employees were very polite and helpful. The hotel is perfect for saving money. BUT: 1- The kitchen equipment were dirty. 2- We were three people and only got two set of towels. I asked for another set, and it NEVER came. 3- Outside, the building, near the train station, it was ALWAYS dirty, like a "ghetto". 4- The stove didn't work.

Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.

I was pleasantly pleased with the property location and condition. The Elizabeth line with a direct line to London Paddington is directly across the street. Surrounding the property are residential buildings giving a “neighborhood” feel which was great for my family as we stayed there for 2 weeks. Just a short walk is shopping, restaurants, a park, places of worship. The staff at the hotel are very professional. There is a bar in the lobby that offers snacks and pizza. There is an on-site restaurant, laundry, and gym. My only criticism is the lack of housekeeping. The room is serviced after 4 nights, then again after 7. I would prefer and suggest every 4 nights. Seven is too long of a wait for housekeeping services.

Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.

Not in a very good area. Whole building smelled very bad. I understand people are cooking in their rooms but it was beyond disgusting. Rooms did not feel clean in the inside.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to the location, amenities and ease of getting in to central London. The apartments are well appointed and clean, and the price is reasonable for London. It's ideal if you're driving to London due to the secure car park (you do have to pay extra for parking) and it's easy to get to from the motorway network. Hayes train station is next door and you can be in central London in under 20 minutes. It's also great for getting to Windsor. The staff were all helpful and polite.

Great value for London stay
The hotel is conveniently located to bus and train lines. This is a big plus in the London area. The rooms are spacious. There are laundry, gym and restaurants on site.

夜遅いフライトでの到着だったので宿泊しました。ヒースロー空港からアクセスしやすく、ロンドン中心地へのアクセスもよかったので今回1泊してよかったです。洗面所に物を置くスペースがあると使いやすくなると感じました。

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, sehr schönes Apartment und vor allem eine hervorragende Anbindung zur Bahnstation. Obwohl das Hotel eher weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist, war man sehr schnell dort. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Heathrow war dafür perfekt - in 7 Minuten war man da. Nichtsdestotrotz hat man die Bahnen im Zimmer selbst NICHT gehört. Es war also ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Der integrierte Starbucks ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.
