the patio doors were screwed shut! No way to open, so no second escape. Internet was not working, coffee maker had no shut off only unplug, only 1 hand towel provided, bathroom light fixture coming off the wall. Only plus to this site was price and great staff

The price for a night stay for a medical appointment was reasonable. I believe there were people using this hotel as a residence so I don’t understand why overnight guests were not kept separated from them. Not that they were bothersome, but just a strange feeling. I do not understand why the hall carpets looked so littered with little bits of things. The front desk staff were AMAZING and seemed like they belonged in a more luxurious setting! Linens were missing from my room and the shower gel was empty! Things that need a checklist!

This is an older hotel and has a budget price as such do not expect fancy anything. The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff were helpful. Although able to hook into the wifi I was not able to log into the internet but that may have been on my end. Second floor is only reached by stairs. For the price I consider it fair deal.

Checked in to Toom 162, and noticed that there were note enough towels and soap in the room. I also decided to try the shower later that night, and noticed that the drain was clogged with hair and other grungy material. Reported this to the front desk and was given the keys to an alternate room down the hall. This was an acceptable solution. Noticed that the front entrance door to the room was off it’s hinges at the top. This needs to be repaired, and the cleaning staff needs to be more diligent in it’s cleaning if the room.

Convenient free parking, lots restaurant options in the area, close to the highway. However, in the room I found a hair on the towel, the bedsheet had some yellow and black stain on it. The shampoo bottle was not clean for a while, the liquid dryed up,and the bathtub is rusting. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms. Not worth the price for the night.

No hot water they gave me a room that had no heat and than told them about it and they gave me a room with heat the room was ok but some what dirty the phone was busted and the toilet kept running water on its own terrible place

they charged our card for no reason and took the deposit back when the room was cleaned to an amazing standard. it’s very scary around there and lots of needles and broken things in the hotel. and around there is no good look for this hotel, good for passing through but other than that a no.

This was a dirty property to stay in, the parking lot was full of cracked pavement and massive holes. The shower had bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were refillable however they were empty. Along with the empty bottles (why aren't they single-use - more sanitary), the shower heads were short and not fit for someone over 5'7", there was cracked and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom along with moldy and dirty vents, and random holes in the wall by the toilet. The couches and computer chairs were old, outdated, well-used, and broken. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
