Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i byens hovedgate.
Sengen var topp!!! Jeg sov virkelig godt på dun. Rommet var stille, greit møblert, der er at en trenger + litt luksus i form av såper og shampooer, kjøleskap, badekåper osv. Internett fungerte ikke så godt, men det gjorde ikke noe. Frokosten var fantastisk.

My recent stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Lisbon left much to be desired. Despite its claims of being a 5-star establishment, the reality fell short in numerous ways. First and foremost, the exorbitant nightly rate did not align with the quality of amenities and services provided. Comparable nearby hotels offered better value for money. One of the most egregious issues was the pervasive stench emanating from the bathrooms. Despite multiple complaints, the response from staff was inadequate, consisting only of insincere apologies. It was not until the final evening, just hours before our departure, that a room exchange was reluctantly offered. The discomfort extended beyond olfactory offenses. The beds were notably uncomfortable, and both the bathroom and room lacked essential storage space. Worn tiles, loose sink handles, an unsecured toilet, and dingy towels further compounded the disappointing experience. Overall, the Sofitel Lisbon failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. It is evident that this establishment does not deserve its purported 5-star status and should undergo significant improvements or reconsider its association with the Sofitel brand altogether.

Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade is a nice hotel with excellent customer service. The location is conveniently located near many high-end shops and restaurants. The area felt safe and is very walkable. The hotel itself offers great amenities including a bar and restaurant.

Amazing stay at this perfect hotel. The location is great and well situated. The staff are incredible and try to be helpful at all times. House keeping is also great as they do the room cleaning twice a day. Definitely recommended.

Good location , but consierge is terrible We asked to help a find a place to eat he said that going to contact us but never We have to find places to eat by ourselves They told us that restaurants in Lisbon closed after 3 pm . But we figured out Augusta street that is open all day with a lot of restaurants close to hotel . Our bags took so long to be in our room when we check in , we had to went in the lobby to pick up by ourselves

Staff were welcoming, the condition and decor of the room was nice. Bathroom was large and clean.. The bed was maybe a little too soft for my liking, but that's being a bit nit-picky. Location of the hotel is great!

This is overall an excellent hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations, reservations, or anything a tourist may need. We really felt we were well taken care of by the entire staff. The hotel is located in a prime location with a metro station right in front of it with plenty of great restaurants and high end stores nearby. We had the unfortunate incident of dropping our credit cards and driver’s license in a taxi late at night while coming back to the hotel. The hotel staff was able to track down the taxi driver with our receipt to ask him to bring everything back to the hotel the next morning. That was amazing! The only reason why we gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars for cleanliness was because there was a big coffee stain on the carpet inside our room. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

The best location in the Lisbon. Although during our stay the staff area right next to our room made a lot noise and rattled our bathroom from moving carts. Manager PIA they didn’t use that service area very much normally but he apologized and comped us at their restaurant

Nice but uncomfortable
Location was good, general condition was good however, the king bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. Very uneven and slopes to side edges so much that you can't lie in the center and stay.
