På fotballtur til LEEDS
Kl 15:00 er litt i seneste laget for tilgang til rommet. Det bør være en vannkoker på rommet, så man slipper å gå til resepsjonen for å hente varmt vann. Renhold kunne blitt gjort bedre, jeg har ingen interesse av å vite at noen før meg har tatt med krydder fra mc Donald tidligere. Små rom, dersom det er to som deler et rom, bør det være de være i et parforhold. Som enereiser er rommet jeg benytte helt greit.

Easy hotel er som navnet. Litt for enkel standard med kun ei seng på rommet og 2 "faste"kleshengere og ingen stoler el bord. Kofferter blei liggende åpne på gulv da der ikkje var noe hylle plass for ting og tang. Men betjening var grei og der var rent.

Veldig bra alternativ til en ålreit pris
Fine rom, rent og pent. Veldig stille og rolig. Personale var vennlig og hjelpsomme. Ligger veldig sentral ift. restauranter, shopping og transport. Reiser man som kjærestepar er ikke dette hotellet for romantikk.

Very basic which is what I expected… what I did not expect was how tiny the rooms were. There was no place to put your luggage and barely 6 inches between the bed and the walls. Very clean and convenient to so many things in Leeds but be prepared for small.

It does what it says on the tin. It is basic but efficient and good location. However I think the price point averaging £80.- per night for 5 nights is too high for what you are offering. Comparing it with hotel chains such as Premiere Inn you don’t compare well.

Mattress was extremely hard and only one thin pillow each. Asked for another and given one to share as that was all that was available. Pubic hairs next to sink from previous guest. Staff were friendly and location excellent. Definitely wouldn’t recommend though.

When we checked in, upon opening the door to our room, it was not cleaned at all! There were towels strewn on the floor, the bed was unmade and the bathroom was dirty too. We went back to the reception, and the staff were shocked and upset that the situation had happened. They apologised and asked us to give them some time to clean the room. We went to the Costa Coffee shop next door to wait. When we returned the staff apologised again and said we could have free drinks for the next 24 hours and could have a free late check out if we needed it. The room was very basic in that it only had a bed and a TV in it. The accessible bathroom was really good, with lots of room. The customer service was good, but we probably wouldn’t come back because of the basic facilities and no where to sit or any tea/coffee making facilities, no wardrobe and the layout of the bathroom door was awkward. A sliding door would have been better.
