Its grand.
Huge hotel with friendly staff and all the features you can imagine for your ultimate Vegas-experience. Casino, restaurants, shops, pool-area, spa, golf and Arcade - this hotel got it all. Short walking distance to other venues like New York-New York, the Excalibur and Hard Rock Cafe. We opted for a room with strip view and would recommend the same for other. The self service parking garage was easy to find and use and is connected to the hotel.

The pool is hands down the best, but bring your own floaty from home if you plan on going to the lazy river. They dint rent them they sell them and they are expensive!

Really enjoyed the hotel a little ways to walk to the pool but I loved the lazy river. Customer service was really good. The gentleman who cashed us out at the very end was very helpful knowledged. Overall great experience.

This property is dated and extremely over priced for everything. We spent a fortune in coffee. The lazy river was great… the room, meh. The ac in the room weak. We were woken up by people outside every morning… 6th floor. The resort fee was ludicrous…. The nightly rate should include fee. Suggest staying off strip, save your money and enjoy more coffee.

The property is easy to access and to see the sights. The app made the check in easy but the app wasn't working great and we had trouble getting into the room with the digital key. We had to wait in a long line to get room keys. Area of improvement- the beds were terrible. They squeaked and moved and the foot of the bed was higher than the head. They just seemed very old.

When I checked in, the lady in the front desk gave me x amount of money in food and beverage voucher for my birthday. So i started to charge it to my room and when I checked out they said that doesn’t show in our system even tho i had the voucher in my hand. Big big scam!!!

Op zich aardig resort-hotel, maar als je iets in het koelkastje op de kamer wilt zetten rekenen ze 50 USD per dag (!!), en voor een fles water (om de hoek bij de ABC 2 voor 2 dollar) rekenen ze 22 USD (!). Geen thee of koffie machinetje op de kamer, geen buro om ff te werken, matig internet. Was absoluut niet onder de indruk en is zijn meerprijs t.o.v. bv een Excalibur niet waard.

While our room was serviced daily, it was not vacuumed. We found garbage under the chairs (chicken box) and stains from chicken sauce. We also had a lot of challenges with getting in and out of the parking garage despite having our key card programmed multiple times.

Property is showing its age. It is tired. Stayed here 25 years ago. Didn’t see a lot of change in then and now. Stayed this time with a group as that is where they wanted to stay. Won’t stay here again. Crowded & over priced. Many other places to stay that are same cost but much nicer !!!

We had to leave our room because of a sewer break and the room we were moved to was filthy and the condition was terrible. The walls were coming apart in the bathroom. We had to send all of our clothes to be laundered because of the smell. We were only compensated for the resort fees. Will not go back.

While the facility and staff were great, the checkout process was really drawn out and it took some time to check out while lining up with others checking in. Perhaps a dedicated check out counter that assists with checking in others when folks aren’t checking out?
