Helt ok
Har bodd her før. Men nå er det slitent. Hadde flott rom. Men fløya vi bodde i hadde 6 heiser, 4 stod samtidig en dag, noe som visstnok bar vanlig i følge en stamgjest. Vi bodde i 5. og tok derfor nødutgang ned. Der lå det brukte kondomer, papir med blod, klær og møkk. Hadde ikke fått kaffekapsler en dag når de gjorde rent. Ringe gjesteservice, som viser seg å være en felles tjeneste for mange hotell. Etter litt venting får jeg svar om at hotellet er tom for dette. Noe jeg gar vanskelig for å tro at et hotell med rundt 4000 rom plutselig går tom. Spurte etterhvert hun som gjorde rent rommet, vips fikk jeg dobbelt opp… Hadde premium-rom. Burde definitivt vært gjort noe med bakre fasade, så ikke ut som man kan se på bildet…

Not highly recommendable
"Over the Hill" - needs renovation. Stayed one week, not cleaning at the room a single time. Nice location on the Strip, though.

Small family pool with incredibly high prices for food and drinks. The outdoors grounds would picked up but quite unclean. Music was VERY loud until 4am when many people were trying to sleep

Only 2 devices can connect to the wifi otherwise it’s $15/day. Seems odd especially with paying for a daily resort fee. Our room didn’t get cleaned once during the trip, even when I call and requested a room clean. AC not working also, room was very hot. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a conference at Caesars. This was a great option for lodging, close, easy walking, and enjoyed the outside 'habitat' with the flamingo's and new ducklings. A semi-quiet escape from the concrete Vegas. No coffee maker in the room. Had to get dressed and go to lobby and buy a $5 coffee.

The food was good. Ease of transportation was good. All but one employee were very good. The noise level is really bad. The music blaring from the pool area was stupid loud and I was 5 levels up and near the front of the hotel. The room keycards were hit and miss. We exchanged 6 different cards that stopped working altogether. 2 different days there was no room service. And one day no hot water. Honestly wouldn't stay here again.

The air filters had not been changed in 7 months, shower full of mold and light burned out, GFCIs in bathroom wouldn’t reset, and no hot water!!!!! Complained to the front desk and was promised it would be fixed and we’d receive a discount. Nothing was touched and no discount was applied. Went to complain on day 2 and spoke to the manager. The filters were changed, but the metal grates weren’t touched. They looked like a science experiment with half an inch of dust and dirt built up. Day 3 the water was warm-ish at best. By day 5 the water went back to ice cold and I put in another request to have it fixed. It fell on deaf ears for nearly 4 hours until I decided to check out and find a place that actually performs maintenance. I felt like I was being held hostage without being able to shower. Worst hotel experience in 50 years.

Upon checking in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping to enter our room and I said yes. However no one came in until the day before check out and they only came because I called that we were running out of toilet paper.

Cost for food in the hotel was double or more what is charged elsewhere(think $80 for coffee and breakfast pastry for three people or $54 for a pizza). The large pool is for adults only and seemed hardly used while the family pool was crowded. Music from the adult pool area was loud and disruptive late at night. It was in a very convenient location for walking though and the room was clean and functional. I realize noise is expected in Vegas but didn’t realize how much smoking there was of both cigarettes and cannabis. It was everywhere

Location is great. The condition of the rooms is subpar. Broken lamps and closet doors, outlets that don’t work etc. very very neglected. It’s a place to sleep. That’s it. If you’re on a budget it’s fine because the location is right in the heart of everything.

Cold showers. Maintenance tried to fix the problem but we eventually needed to move. Front Service Desk staff very rude. They acted like they were doing us a huge favour by upgrading us to a room with a hot shower. Check in staff were great, maintenance and maids were great. We were not the only people having cold shower problems. Elevator buttons worked part time for everyone. Pool heater broken. Freezing water and kids pool was closed all week. Fridge did not work in 1 of our rooms. About 4 benches in the entire property to sit outside for thousands of guests. Alarm bells went off 3 evenings in a row. C’mon Flamingo hotel…get it together.

Property itself was ok, definitely showing signs of its age. Key cards for the elevators are hit and miss. Room on initial entry was clean but discovered thick layers of dust in places you don't see on initial view. soap and hair conditioner containers were empty and oddly no shower curtain.

While the property was beautiful and well maintained, I was extremely disappointed with the fact that they marked a large amount of the chairs by the pool as designated to rent. Between that and the fact that they wanted an additional $15 per day after 24 hours for WIFI (after already paying over $400 in resort fees for 4 nights), I felt lied to. I picked the property for the pool and I could not get a seat.
