Dirty rooms and bad service!
Incredibly bad service at check-in. Few staff and long queues to check in. The first room was incredibly dirty, loose nails by the bed and soda corks on the floor. Dusty and disgusting. Dirty carpets on the floors and dirty bathroom. Complained about the room and showed them a picture but only got a sour face back. Got a new room, but not with a regret. Just the card roughly thrown back. Was supposed to keep a suitcase, was sent out of the hotel to find someone outside. Was also met there by a grumpy employee. Was told to put ourselves in place to wait for people. Expensive stay to have such a low standard as this. Not recommended, until it is possibly renovated and the employees should be better service minded!!

Room was quiet and functional but charged for every little thing unlike other hotels in other tourist areas. The cabinets in the bathroom and trim needed to be repainted.

loved my stay here! the hotel/casino is very nice and calm compared to others, plus there are a lot of food places just a few minutes away. Not to mention there is a brand new arcade area, the real bodies exhibition and other shops inside the hotel! will stay here again for sure :)

The staff was excellent! The rooms are large, we were in resort tower. Many dining options. We liked Bobby burgers. Guy Fieris flavortown. And cafe americana. The Paris casino is attached so these restaurants were connected . I'd stay here again.

Did not like the fact that it is advertising it has a pool but it doesn't have a pool that is open. They tell you when you get there that in order to use a pool you have to go to the Paris Hotel. The pool at the Paris is overcrowded with no chairs available for people to sit at. We tried several times during our stay to go but could not get chairs. How is this fair?

We liked the location and the friendly housekeeping staff. The check-in staff was rude and unaccommodating. It was very disorganized, and staff was not clear on instructions of where certain things are located. There were homeless people sleeping in the halls on our rooms floor. We brought it to the attention of the front desk. This happened 3 nights in a row. There was no security to get up to the room floors, any one that enters this hotel/casino has access to the hotel rooms. We had to pay $50.00 per day for resort fees? What are those fees for? Homeless people to come in and sleep in the halls? There wasnt any reason for resort fees. No coffee in rooms. For 50.00 per day, you would think that the rooms would have a coffee pot. The pool was mediocre. We never saw anyone enjoying it. We were there for 5 nights and 3 of those nights we were made to feel unsafe with homeless sleeping in the halls near the vending/ice area. I will never again stay at this hotel/casino, and we will not recommend anyone to stay here. Oh and they trick you on the check in process and make you do it at a kiosk. At the kiosk you are forced to sign and it makes it to where you are agreeing to the resort fees. There was nothing that this hotel offered to merit these resort fees. Its a scam and total rip-off. Never again. Shame in you Horseshoe. How about training your front desk staff some customer service. They made it feel like we were all a bother.

Pros . Central location, great staff, easy quick check in and out room with view of the sphere and high roller wheel was cool Cons filthy beat up rooms, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year stains on the walls, dust everywhere , gross garbage cans, the shower had mold. I called two different times to make sure the pool was open for our stay I was told yes both times and when we arrived we found out it was closed for our entire stay my child was very disappointed. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to others
