Hotellet, beliggenhet og personale var flott. Frokosten var flott. Vi tok taxi inn til byen for å spise middag, da de elegante gourmetrestaurantene på hotellet ikke passet oss. Taxi kostet ca 3-4 euro og tok 5 min. Vi bodde der 3 uker januar 2018.

Vi skulle på en ukes tur for å slappe av. Det fikk vi. Bra service og renhold. Vi hadde en juniorsuite. Bar preg av å være litt slitt, bla møbler og vegger. Bra treningsstudio. Fine bassengområder. Flere restauranter, bla en god lunsjrestaurant på stranden.

Vi overnattet 6 netter i dette hotellet. Er kjempe fornøyd med hele oppholdet og kan anbefales. Service er topp, rengjør rommene to ganger i uken. Hotell staff er hjelpsomme, blide og snille.Bra beliggenhet med kort vei til sentrum og god mat. Kommer tilbake igjen.

Kjempeflott!
Litt harde senger og noe dårlige badeforhold på stranden. Resten er helt utrolig. Anbefales på det varmeste, men vær oppmerksom på at det koster å benytte seg av de forskjeige fasilitetene. Den nye solpaviljongen var midt i blinken for oss! Vi kommer mer enn gjerne igjen for en uke med total avslapning!

Topp hotell
Topp service, deilig frokost, flott spa og massasje og nydelige utebassenger med ulik temperatur. Gode restauranter. Vi fant vel egentlig ingenting å sette fingeren på, men vær forberedt på stygge betongkolosser og ufullførte byggverk blant nabobyggene. De var likevel ikke til sjenanse for oss på hotellområdet. Og liker du å sole deg uten klær, er det nok av likesinnede på de vakre hvite strendene i nærheten.

I liked the staff and the rooms. The pool could do with more sun beds as at peak times there were not enough. You had to get a towel early. The beach area is ok. The buffet is great with a lot of options.

It is a beautiful property very well maintained. The service is not what I would expect for a 5 star restaurant. The employees are only going through the motions. It appears there is dissatisfaction with the new ownership amongst the employees. The food is average at best. It is the only 5 star resort I’ve stayed with no concierge. David at the front desk and the bellman were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the fronts office staff were either unhappy or run off their feet.

Positiv: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, geräumige Zimmer, super nettes Personal, sehr gute Buffet-Auswahl mit viel Abwechslung, schönes Spa. Negativ: Hotel steht direkt vor einer riesigen Bau-Ruine. Auf der Insel der schönsten Strände gibt es nur einen schmalen kleinen Hotelstrand, ins Meer gehen kann man eigentlich nur über 2 lange Seebrücken, die über das Lavagestein am Strand führen. Zum Bummeln durchs Dorf Corralejo läuft man ca 1.5 km.

Bezüglich Lavagestein; gibt es überall auf der Insel, außer im Naturpark Corralejo Dunes, den Sie vom Hotel aus auch zu Fuß erreichen können.Zum Schwimmen empfehlen wir die Gezeiten zu überprüfen, da Flut sicherlich die beste Zeit zum Schwimmen ist. Nice hotel, garden view was a real disappointment. Room was nice and overall a pleasant holiday. Staff excellent. Food was high quality and very well presented. Unfortunately the dress code was not enforced, with jeans and T- Shirts common, this would not happen in a 5 star but seems to be the norm in Spain. Pool areas clean and very well cared for.

Sehr ansprechendes 5 Sterne Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern (und wenn man ihn bucht) auch mit fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Jeden Abend Live Musik an der Bar. Leider ist der Pool nicht allzu stark beheizt. Ebenso der super schöne Whirlpool, der aufgrund seiner Temperatur leider nie von irgendjemand benutzt wurde. Hatten das Hotel auch wegen der Spezialitätenrestaurants gebucht, da wir kein Buffet mögen. Diese sollten unbedingt sofort nach der Ankunft für alle Tage reserviert werden, ansonsten sind sie meist ausgebucht. Essen ist dort sehr gut, wenn auch deutlich teuer als auswärts und in sehr überschaubaren Portionen. Etwas schade ist die Stimmung dort. (Keine Musik, Tische stehen wie im Buffetsaal, Essen wird sehr schnell serviert, so dass man recht schnell auch wieder fertig ist). Insgesamt schönes Hotel für eine Wohlfühlwoche, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmäßig ist.

Raffinement dans toutes les parties de l hôtel Chambres spacieuses très bien décorées. Vue sur océan tres agréable. Tout est impeccable. Buffets de qualité très variés. Excelente ubicación, entorno, personal muy atento tanto en restauración como en limpieza y el resto del staff. El único "pero" es que en la estancia con media pensión (cena) no entra nada de bebida, ni siquiera agua. A pesar de eso las cenas con mucha variedad y buena calidad. Overall it's a nice hotel with good food, attentive staff and generally very clean. The rooms aren't that modern but they're absolutely fine. The immediate surrounding area is very run down and derelict. Due to rocks on the shoreline this prohibits a safe access to the water. You need to walk a fair way up the coast before you can walk into the sea from a sandy beach. A small thing which was annoying to me was the dress code for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was not explained at the time of my booking, resulting in me having to purchase new shoes trousers and collared shirts just so I could access the hotel restaurants.

The sea front next to the hotel, according to the tides, at certain times has a greater number of areas of lava, a volcanic characteristic of the Canary Islands. In the Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo, just to our right, you will find one of the largest stretches of fine golden sand in Fuerteventura, the hallmark of Fuerteventura. For the convenience of beach users, our platform over the sea offers a bathing area with stairs. Regarding the dresscode in a 5 star hotel, for breakast and lunch it's casual and for dinner it's formal. Perfect Honeymoon!
Absolutely loved the feeling of it! It was very spacious, quiet, and pleasant, and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved our room and the food was amazing! We got welcomed with a glass of cava and the buttler took our bags to the room whilst we enjoyed the lovely views of Isla de los Lobos from the terrace next to the Rendevous bar. At the room, we were surprised to see another bottle of cava there waiting for us! We were so happy! The mini bar was very well stocked and even the snacks were re-stocked on a daily basis. The Balinese beds were outstanding, and with the preferred club upgrade, you could use them every day. That was definitely a highlight. We also went to the beach with the sunbeds and parasols at the back of the hotel, and it was lovely! There was a bar nearby to get drinks from (Pina Colada was a favorite!) It was difficult to get a restaurant reservation for the first night since most slots get taken very quickly and we didn't check in until 2 pm ish. However, the buffet was available and it didn't disappoint. The pork chops with the chimichurri, and the variety of cheeses, potatoes, vegetables, etc made up for it all. We sat on the outside courtyard and it all felt to romantic. We would have loved it if the spa was an outdoors one, to make the most of the weather. But the pools were enough. One thing we didn't expect was for other guests to be reserving sunbeds by leaving their towels there. There should be a rule against it.

Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your recent visit to our hotel and for your favorable comment in Expedía.We are pleased to know that you have had an excellent stay, especially on the occasion of your honeymoon.Reference to the reservation of sunbeds, we have a sign with the rules in the pool area, where it is already noted, but it is a common situation in all the hotels that worries us, for this reason express signage has been installed in the pools of the holiday complexes, together we are working to find solutions, any suggestion is always welcome.It is true that theme restaurants fill up very quickly for the early hour. They are very small, and we cannot take everyone at the same time.In this case, we recommend having a late lunch at one of our beautiful lunch restaurants and then have a later dinner.We hope you will have the opportunity to return to be pampered again in every way in this your home in Fuerteventura.Kind regards,
