Check in:
When I arrived I stayed long time to convince the receptionist about my reservation and after that the receptionist said ok the hotel will agree to accept you put without breakfast. Why this happen they said because what I paid online is little comparing with the hotel service.
Distance of city center:
It was written that the hotel is 1km to the center by walking but it was wrong and by taxi it will take 15 minutes to reach and imagine if you will walk how many minutes it will take from you.
Breakfast:
I paid online my reservation with breakfast but they did not provide it to me.
Check out:
It was written that check ou will be 11:00 am and they asked me to check out early by 9:00 am.
Map of the city:
The hotel did not give me the map of the city to help me visiting the places in Kutaisi and the staff did not have enough information about the city.
