The property was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic. The only aspect that was disappointing is that the pool closed at 5pm on Saturday.

Absolutely perfect location, at the intersection of Bet Lechem and Emek Refaim. A beautiful, modern hotel; room was excellent; public spaces are bright; gym was nice . . . staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant!! Fantastic place!!

New hotel that was very clean. Large breakfast buffet. Very nice bathroom with large tub and separate fancy shower. Two pools- one indoor and one on the roof. Relatively close to the Jaffa gate but we took a taxi and it was hard to get a taxi back. My only complaint is that I drink a lot of coffee in the morning and they refused to bring a pot to the table. They make people order cup by cup so each morning I had to order five cups, one at a time.

FALSE ADVERTSING we booked a room that stated 291 ft with a city view. when we checked in the gave us a room that was 180ft, they claimed that's what we booked . and there was no view at all , it was facing ally way. they were very very rude. they spoke to me like i was an idiot. the employees never smile. on the positive side it is a beautiful hotel

Un bel hôtel. Des belles chambres spacieuses et agréables. En revanche, un petit-déjeuner assez décevant avec un service vraiment pas terrible. C’est dommage. Autre problème, le parking. A chaque sortie de votre voiture c’est 60 shekels, si vous restez une nuit et que vous sortez votre voiture du parking, se sera 180 shekels, vraiment très cher.

We love coming to the Orient. The Hotel has such a warm ambience which is set by the staff that are friendly and accommodating. From the moment of checkin to when we checked out, the staff was amazing. there was a large amount of staff and they were always helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas no de 5
Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel, la primera fue muy buena experiencia, esta segunda ha sido mucho peor, en recepción no estaba el equipo anterior y los que estaban tenían muy poca actitud de servicio y muy malas formas para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Además venía de estar en el Ritz de Amman y la diferencia de servicio, trato, amabilidad y habitación es abismal. No entiendo porque le dan 5 estrellas a hoteles tan diferentes. Para mi este es un 4 estrellas.

Perfect Stay
Wonderful stay! So refreshing that there arent air diffusers or perfumes sprayed in the public areas or in the rooms....so the air is not toxic. Food is excellent. Staff are attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

L’hôtel est magnifique de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur. La chambre côté Temple, est simple mais efficace. Attention: Au prix de la chambre, le minimum est de faire attention à la poussière et aux traces de doigts ou mains sur les murs ou les portes. De plus, veillez à ne pas avoir les chambres côté rue car très bruyant. Sinon, le petit déjeuner est simplement délicieux et variés. Tout est fait maison et succulent!! La vue depuis le rooftop exceptionnelle mais le restaurant cher (on paye certainement la vue). L’accueil n’est pas leur spécialité (froid donc non chaleureux).
