Bilig hotel
Hotel er bilig og ligger sentralt. En 5 min gå avstand til Damaskus port, bus stasjon... . Wifi fungerer ikke, ikke airkondisen heler. Romene var støvete og dårlig rengjørt Balkongen var ubrukelig . Frokost var skuffende

Greit nok billig hotell
Veldig bra størrelse på rommene, stor og god seng. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte. Billig pris. Men, air condition virket ikke på rommet, ble alt for varmt, wifi virket ikke og frokosten var skuffende. Ganske så nedslitt. Renhold på badet burde vært bedre.

Ut i fra beskrivelse kunne en kanskje tenkt at hotellet hadde bedre standard. AC, morgenkåpe og sengeklær av svært god kvalitet så vi ikke. Etter 2 netter uten søvn, pga hete ble vi lovet nytt rom, noe de aldri klarte å levere, vi valgte å avbryte opphold og tok inn på annet hotell. Det positive her er plassering, rolig nabolag, med akkurat passe avstand til alle serverdigheter og Damaskus port og buss stasjon. De sa de hadde planer om oppgradering, blir sikkert bra neste år.

We love the property even though it has aged a little. Closer to the light rail station, bus stops and little eateries which are only a few minutes from the hotel. Very clean room which are serviced daily. Air con working great. Naif is an asset to the hotel. Very friendly guy who looked after us so well during our entire stay. Very attentive and switched on. Thank you Addar hotel for looking after us so well in this difficult time. God bless, Misi & Sai (Rm 25).

The hotel itself is old and could definitely benefit from an upgrade, however it was clean. The staff certainly were very hospitable and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Hotel antigo, necessitando de renovação mas isso não diminuiu nossa hopedagem, pois fomos muito bem atendidos especialmente pelo Sr Abraham e o Naef que nos servia o café da manhã. Localização excelente, perto do Portão de Damasco e Tomb Garden. Café da manhã bom mas faltava frutas frescas. Quarto de bom tamanho e atendeu nossas expectativas. Adoramos.

크지않고 아담한 아랍 호텔입니다. 주변에 큰 호텔에 피하면 초라하게 느껴질수 있지만 아담한 정원에서의 조식을 먹는 기분은 색다릅니다. 물론 조식은 식빵과 커피, 삶은 달걀 정도이지만.. 방은 비록 오래되고 낡았지만 방은 청결하고 잘 정돈되어 있으며 직원들이 친절합니다. 예루살렘 구시가지와 메아쉐아림을 걸어갈수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 가격대비 추천할수 있는 호텔입니다.

Needs an update on rooms. There are chipped paint, bathtub with cracks, doors with cracks, linen had stains. But overall still ok for the price paid as it was clean.

The room dirty Their treatment is terrible and they are not friendly. Breakfast is only 3 courses. The entire place is dirty. I have never seen anything ugly like this hotel in my life. The air conditioner is annoying and does not work properly. The electricity was disconnected 5 times. I can't give this hotel even half a star

Thank you so much for your review. We asked us to change your room because the A/C sound was annoying, so we changed your room, and you were ok with it. You asked us to find a place to park your car for free, and we directed you. Our car park is not free. the power cut, which happened this morning a few times. The problem was outside the hotel. It is from the electric company. And for breakfast, we provide far more than three courses. Thank you for your review.

I would have to say the team have been amazing we have spent 8 nights at the Hotel, it's a 3 Star Hotel, please don't turn up thinking you are checking into a 5 star Hotel if you have booked then you will understand its a 3 Star, when you see things around you, you will know how luck you are to check into a safe place and know they look after you very well, Honest for where it is and how easy it is to get around 10 mins to the old city, it's the cheapest in the area and with breakfast, we are so happy with everything and the effort staff made each day to make us feel like part of the Hotel Addar Family, Naif that serves breakfast every day is one of the hardest workers I have seen and gave us great help and advice each day, he remember each day what we liked and would get breakfast ready and always take time to chat, what a great host he made our stay so much better. At night we went down and spent time in the garden and had tea and coffee with other guests nice way to unwind from a busy day, From management to the reception staff we couldn't ask for better. The hotel rooms are old but to be honest the beds, towels etc. was always clean and changed when we wanted, be nice and the staff will help with whatever you want or need, nothing is a problem. I feel luck to have spent my 8 days with Hotel Addar. I read the other views on hear and some I think is unfair, I walk away feeling grateful and for all they do! Keep up the great work team and the amazing customer service.James x

Staff kept opening my door 3 times on 2 days
Everything was fine except the staff literary opened my locked hotel door 3 times in 2 days, this is not acceptable, you knock and you ask plus there is no purpose in literary opening door just to see “if you are there” as it was during late or very early times hours before check out, what’s going on? It made me feel very insecure about leaving my valuables unattended with this type of behavior. The staff is not helpful either, you are just one more customer they won’t care or see again. I’ve read the hotel was old and basically forgotten but I’ve booked due to proximity to the old city and because I wanted to stay in an old style hotel that was built at least 100 years ago.

No maintenance at all. The safe was out of order, refridgerator frozen, no gym, no restaurant, no bar, breakfast very poor and so on. Even when asked not anything fixed. Staff friendly otherwise.

The hotel was great. The most valuable part of it is Abraham the greeter, desk clerk and the back bone of the whole operation. He offered his service at our whim and was extremely helpful with out requests. The breakfast was very good, our room was excellent and overall our stay was perfect.

It's an oldie but goodie
The hotel is old but what made it to be a good hotel was it's staff. We booked 2 rooms and the man at the reception let us check in early in both rooms when we arrived from the airport early in the morning.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but it showed it's age. Breakfast was standard continental but what made it stand out was Ahmad because he was extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Damascus gate.

El Hotel es excelente en calidad- precio. Las habitaciones son comodisimas, tienen un estar y baño con jacuzzi. Buen desayuno. El recepcionista de la tarde es un encanto. Nos ayudó muchísimo con todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomiendo

Staff where excellant - first class and made the saty such a pleasure. Shame the hotel needs alot of investment and updating. Bedding and bathroom where clean and cleaned regular and breakfast was sufficent, however the overall standard of the hotel (which is very poor) lets down the hard work and effort staff put into making the stay enjoyable. Once again, thanks to all the staff and a big shout out to Yar Yar.

l'hotel è in una buona posizione, le camere sono grandi ma vecchie e necessitano di essere sistemate, nel letto c'era un piumino singolo per due persone e il copriletto che era di misura giusta erano anni che non veniva lavato quindi non utilizzabile. La colazione a buffet è quasi esclusivamente salata con formaggi e humus locali.
