Veldig bra. Litt 80-talls preg, rimelig appartementshotell. Trekk fordi dusj lekket ut over badegulvet, ellers god standard med fullt kjøkken, romslig stue, to sov og to bad + vaskerom.

Rimelig og godt hotell
Et rimelig appartementshotell. Fikk oppgradert leilighet uten tillegg i pris. Litt enkel frokost, men helt ok. 80-talls preg på hotellet. Lekkasje fra dusj ut på badegolv trakk ned komfort noe, ellers veldig bra.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Jakarta. Lotte shopping center is nearby and also plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit old but are clean and large. Staff are friendly and polite. I stay here when I’m in Jakarta.

It was a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious. However, the suite could use better lighting and the washroom sink was clogged before we got there. These are easy issues to fix. We wrote multiple times to senior management prior to check in but did not receive anything remotely resembling an acknowledgement, much less a reply. It was frustrating. Check in staff seem understaffed, unhappy and certainly not accommodating to our questions and requests. The property is old understandably, but no little touches to make it look more homely and welcoming especially considering these are serviced apartments. The comfort and space of the apartments are the best aspects of this property. The location is a dream as well.

Poor Experience in Somerset Gran Citra.
The first impression is very Bad. I have to stand almost half an hour to wait for elevator. They have 3 elevator. 1 out of service. One always stop in G level and up again not come down to level B1. The third one not moving at all. After almost 30 minute the third one working and bring my to my room level-11. The heater in the room not working so we have to take a shower with cold water. My wife called 3 times and after 3 times a hotel staff came but doing nothing and said will report to engineering. The soap in the shower is either stuck or empty . I pressed with energy nothing is out of the soap bottle. I will never stay in this premise again...its very bad experience. My wife said she felt some itchy cause she has sensitive allergic of dust, might the room is not clean.

In addition why this maintenance is take it too long because of the spare part related to the security reason (rope and roller) have to be replaced, and third party is still waiting of the good quality material from the vendor. And accordance to the water heater and cleanliness in the room, we were escalated among management team to take necessary issues to avoid this things happened again in the future. Strange experience! Booked for 4 persons, got a 3 person room! Actually on the site is designated a king bed and a double, but even in small letters a double and a single. Anyhow, I booked for 4, so I want 4 beds! 1 lift was out of order, second stuck while I was in. Lift makes strange noises, not trustworthy. Takes long time until you get a lift, crowds waiting in front! Room was like a labyrinth, don't trust the pix. Quite loud, no soundproofing! Balcony shabby. For any activity you must apply online, quite strange. Only 10 people allowed in the pool, cause the fake virus will jump around! Then more than 20 people were in the water, nobody considered the application. Hereto pool only until 5pm!! Because of hoax pandemic! But Ascott pool is open until 10pm, same Owner! Anyhow nice pool are. Breakfast only in boxes, no access to the restaurant, even during the day people present there! Because of the pandemic? In other hotels breakfast in the restaurant is possible, e.g. Oakwood! But seems for the management it's more convenient and cheaper to distribute food boxes, since they're the same like in Ascott! A sign at the reception says 'stay home'! So Somerset do not want me to stay there? I asked for a late check out, they wanted me to pay for, they were not aware that I'm an ASR member, even I told them, just ignored!!! In all not recommended, better pay bit more and you'll have a more relaxed stay in a professional managed hotel!
Don't travel, don't enjoy life, don't come to the hotel!

Actually a nice hotel. Spacious apartments. Breakfast delivered to the room because of covid. Coffee undrinkable, orange juice bad too, food ok. Biggest problem for me was WiFi/internet. Very unstable could not connect and then unstable. Could not make a my conference call. Because of that I don’t recommend this hotel I won’t stay there again!

約1週間の滞在だったが、快適に過ごすことができた。 隣(歩いて2~3分)にはロッテアベニューモールがあり、買い物、食事も便利。 他の口コミには水回りに難ありが多いが、特に問題無く快適であった。 朝食はビッフェスタイルで、内容はまぁまぁ。 途中にて家族合流したため、レセプションにカードキーを一枚追加依頼したが、その時の対応はイマイチであった。※最終的には追加してくれたが。。。 ※その後、チャックアウトの際に、カードキーの2枚貸出は問題無いとのことだった。
