Wonderful Location for a Beach Vacation
Property was well-maintained and comfortable. Access to the property was easy. The location at the Surf and Racquet Club is nice. I would certainly consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a nice beach vacation.

Host is Fantastic
Our host was prompt in answering any questions Then TS Debbie decided to complicate the trip and make it impossible for us to get from our home to the condo. However, the host was able to accommodate us a little later in the month. This is allowing us the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary a little later than originally planned. We are so excited and looking forward to our time there. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Condo

Surprise engagement trip
This property will forever be unforgettable for me and my now fiancé!!! The door code just happened to be the year date of our Anniversary first date. Which set the tone that ended up being the surprised engagement, that will etch this place in our future family history for years to come. We would definitely come back here again and again. A special thanks to our gracious host Suzanna who was readily available with quick responses should the need arise. We recommend this place and rate it a 10/10.

Truly amazing property
I stayed here with my wife and daughter for a week, and it was one of the best vacations we have had in a while. The condo was very clean, and the view of the beach as you first walk in the door was amazing, everything exceeded our expectations at this property. Access to the beach was simple and not a long walk at all where the beach itself was not overly crowded or busy like I have seen other beaches before. The island itself had plenty for us to do and enjoy, we took time to explore Fort Clinch and the north side of the island and spent a bit of time walking down the coast of Boneyard Beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we hope to stay here again sometime soon

Wonderful Beach Stay!
We love the location of this pristine condo…easy access to a great beach and nice pool. We also liked the convenient shower and hose to rinse us and beach stuff off. We never had an issue with parking right in front of the building and the easy gate access was great. Our host, Suzanne was super responsive and our stay was wonderful!

A Fantastic Stay
We can not say enough about what a fantastic stay we had at Suzannah’s Condo. Suzannah was the best host we have ever had. We had couple of small issues that were immediately taken care of. In fact, Brett, her husband, even went above and beyond when we had an issue with the lock. Brett brought us a bottle of wine for our troubles. The condo was immaculate, located just minutes from downtown Fernadina Beach, right on the beach, and had gorgeous views of the beach. We highly recommend this host and condo for your stay in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island.

Wonderful stay!!
My wife and I recently stayed four nights here and loved every minute of it! Wonderful view of the beach and ocean from both the living area and the bedroom. Very clean. Beach and pool very accessible. Surf & Racquet Club is also a wonderful location of the island. Will book again!

Great 4th Floor View of Ocean and Beach
We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R!

Fantastic - in all ways!
My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo and loved everything about it. The location is amazing, as it’s just a few short steps to the beach. There’s an ocean view from the bedroom and the living room in the condo. The condo was clean and even better than pictured. The owner was fantastic as well, with prompt responses to questions, etc. We would absolutely recommend this place and will be back!

Perfect Little Gem!
My husband & I came across this listed property unexpectedly in our search. We were beyond pleased from the 1st moment of communication to the day we left! This little gem had everything for our comfort during our stay. The view was perfect overlooking the pool as well as the ocean waves and the warm sun rising on the deck with its high table & chairs. There even were cushions to put on the stools for added comfort. The kitchen was so well stocked I felt like I was in my own space with an everyday pan to cook in along with every utensil you might think you need. The couch was super comfortable and appreciated the extra throw to cuddle in. The bathroom was thought out very nicely. Plenty of towels and hairdryer available. Appreciated that there were so many outlets in every room. The washer & dryer helped make it all perfect. The bed was so very comfortable with all the pillows and the reclining mattress. Nice touch! Beautiful Condo on Beach
This is a beautifully updated condo with a direct view of the ocean. I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay and the owners were very responsive. They were also flexible on my check in time as my flight arrived much earlier in the day. I highly recommend this place.
