Very bad. Beware of the atrium-facing rooms with no proper daylight being advertised as standard base category rooms. Even budget OYO hotels have better lighting quality.

Hyatt fell short of our expectations Rooms were great - lavish actually! But other than that nothing wowed us - cockroaches in lobby area, Rika restaurant couldn’t whip up a simple Manchurian dish - Mapo Tofu was an utter disappointment - dumpling soup was tasteless - multiple rings before anyone picks up - concierge yelled at my wife and hung up for no reason even before listening to her question…you could do better Hyatt

Property looks good. Problem was that there is no heating. Temp in the room was set to 18 degrees and staff that helped didn’t seem to know that. So spent a miserable sleepless night. More training needed for staff and also rooms should not be set that cold

I like the staff and their service during my stay and it was kind of safe. However, I felt the bell boys who cleaned the rooms left the room open for more than 30 minutes without their presence. The rooms are not soundproof. The sink design is too lean and not comfortable to brush or wash your face. Bell Boys let others enter your room when you are not in the room which is very risky.

Rooms are clean . Great breakfast buffet. Our kids enjoyed it immensely. nice gym and pool. Food provided in the room service was not as good as the buffet. Staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Best customer service we have received at any hotel in India during our one month of travel. The breakfast staff did an exceptional job catering to the needs and requests of our young children (ages 15, 13, 11, and 9). We only ate breakfast in the hotel as it was included in the price, dinner was overpriced so we went out. The rooms were spotless and have a really great design. The glass wall shower gave a luxurious and very romantic feel. We had an amazing city view from our oversized window. There are several really great restaurants within walking distance (try NanKing Chinese food and Blue Fox or KFC across the street next to the movie theater). Pool and sauna were enjoyable for the whole family. Plus a great view from the top of the building. Overall, I would completely recommend this place to my closest friends and family.

I ordered in room breakfast, ordered continental bfast, they gave cornflakes but no milk. They missed a bunch of things like cut fruit, toast etc and I had to wait another 45 mins for that. And when asked to charge to the room, the serviceman said we accept only cash. He did not have change and he came back another hour later and gave me change which was 40 rupees short and said he did not have change. It was very unprofessional. He wasn’t courteous. Even the ppl who answer the calls from the room, one lady was literally talking as if she was angry with me. My experience with respect to the service was inhospitable. I was charged 1200 for corn flakes, it was ridiculous.
