I would NEVER book a room at this hotel. I has an unexpected issue with getting a VISA to travel to India. I gave them more than a week notice to cancel the reservation. They were very rude and inflexible

I stayed because I had a very early morning flight. I called the concierge desk and told them two things: 1. I need to be on the 4:00 am shutt;e 2. Please send someone up to help with my bags. Next morning, nothing. When I called a few minutes after 4:00 am. They were surprised by my request. In other words, they did NOT make a NOTE of the customer request. Disappointing. To say the least. And stressful, as I am 72 years old. I cannot run or hustle. I also need help with bags.

Not as good as expected. I’m glad to be out of there. The security guards were more helpful than the hotel staff. Food was subpar. Gym was very dirty, old used towels lying on equipment and nothing to wipe/clean equipment (although it had signs everywhere saying they do before and after each use). Had a two hour massage which was very inexpensive so that was nice and although it was good (not great) some of it was unpleasant and painful - my neck and shoulder hurt afterwards and is continuing to hurt today. Then they tried to charge me $100 to drive me to my next stop a few miles down the road. I took an Uber for $7

Personal an der Rezeption braucht 20 Minuten, um 2 Personen einzuchecken, die Übernachtungen wurden vorab online gebucht. Nach unserer Beobachtung ging es bei anderen Gästen auch so langsam. Nachteilig noch, dass es im Restaurant und auf den Zimmern keine Speisekarte gibt, nur ein QR-Code, der funktionierendes WiFi voraussetzt, um das Speiseangebot abzurufen. Leider funktionierte das einloggen ins Hotelnetz nicht, auch die Rezeption konnte nicht helfen. Würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Novotel is a convinient hotel because it is near the airport. The facilities are modern and clean. Food is delicious. But the service staff were extremely disappointing, specially people at reception. We had a very unfortunate event happen and after staying 4 days, with a booking of 3 rooms… and because of policies they were so inflexible and unaccommodating to the situation. You would expect that after paying thousands of dollars the hotel would be able to find a way around a booking problem situation.

Staff were rude... my wife was trying to get help on printing couple of documents and had to ask 4-5 times. They were not responding properly avoid overpriced bar unless you want to pay 2-3x starbucks prices for coffee and 4-5x drink prices to usual.

Staff was very helpful and always available .What I did not like was the shuttle dropping us at at the arrivals section . We booked the hotel for international departures . The driver was helpful and got me a trolley but it was an effort to take it in the lift to level 3, then maneuver through the crowds all the way to departure gates 9 and 11 for international departures . There were too many people boarding and waiting in line for local departures as it was early morning .Shuttle bus from Novotel is apparently is not allowed on the upper level--but if you can make that happen that would be helpful.

I will not stay at this hotel again. I double booked the hotel by mistake and they would not issue a refund for the 2nd booking. They also offered a complimentary car to the airport but they rescinded the offer when I said I was not ready to leave.

Hôtel très agréable, proche de l aéroport, la nourriture est correct. Un manque de communication et d informations lors de l accueil, obligé de redescendre a 22h, une fois au lit !!!! Car il avait oublié d enregistrer ma carte. Le second point est le petit déjeuner inclus , aucune information de données sur les horaires, partant a 4 h du matin je n ai pu le prendre alors que inclus dans mon tarif!!! Même pas de proposition de déjeuner a emporter !!!! Lors du check out a 3h30 , il y avait personne et 20 minutes pour le faire, obligé de réclamer ma facture,car l hôtesse ne faisait pas la différence entre ma réservation régler par internet et mes repas. Après avoir obtenu cette facture , même pas une enveloppe pour ranger la facture Le service est a revoir
