Newly renovated! TOP FLOOR condo with views of the ocean and direct access to the beach! Sleeps 4 including the full-size sleeper sofa and hallway bunk beds. The light and fresh décor fits perfectly with the views of the ocean. Enjoy the top floor which means no noise from any unit above you! Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and full-size kitchen range. Also includes toaster and Keurig coffee brewer. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). Stream your favorite shows with 2 smart TVs and free wifi. Includes free under the building and surround building parking which is GATED and very secure. 2 Beach Cruisers and Beach chairs included!

We take great pride in providing the utmost in comfort in our condo and are sure you will be very happy staying here!

Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with a wonderful pool area, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are available as well as 20 minute unload parking space and luggage carts! Laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has parking free under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside Villas are located in a direct ocean front complex in South Forest Beach. This Villa is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The complex features access to the complex pool and private beach access.

This Villa is within walking distance of the very popular Coligny Center!

Easy walk to the beach!
We have stayed at Seaside Villas before but not this specific unit and it was PERFECT! The bedroom having a door was so ideal for having our 8 month old. We were able to put her to bed and still make dinner and sit on the balcony. the balcony does not have a light so if you plan to sit out there and play games like we did, bring a little battery light. The villa had several beach chairs for use and all the dishes and utensils we found ourselves needing for the two nights we made dinner at home. The walk to the beach was so short and easy. The pool was never busy and everyone we passed was friendly. This was our first trip with our baby and it could not have gone better. We definitely loved staying here!

Great Location
I have stayed here before. However, I wish they had a fan this time. The living room is freezing and the other end is wicked hot haha. Also, the tv is moody with all the wires hanging behind it. Overall, yes I would stay here again. We love HHI and this location is moneyyy.

We loved walking to the beach and not having to take the car. It smaller than we expected, but it met our needs. Hosts were quick to take care of a few things that needed fixing.

Property decor and view were as advertised. Unfortunately property had German cockroaches that were seen daily. Especially at night. Had to sanitize my belongings before taking them back into my home for fear of transferring the pests. Need to stay up to date with extermination.

This place has the best location. I absolutely loved staying here! The only problem that we encountered were with the bikes. My husband had to put the bike chain back on 4 times while riding. They could use a tune up! Very nice accommodations and the bikes are a bonus if they get some new brakes, handle bar grips, and a tune up!

Cozy Stay, Incredible Adventures!
This property fit our needs perfectly! My husband and I enjoyed exploring Hilton Head for the first time- the location is excellent. Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach cruisers allowed us to explore the island even further. You don’t want to miss out on this beach home!

We found this beautiful condo on the beach simply amazing. First time to Hilton Head and the place made it even better! Bikes were fun to go places that were near the condo. Perfect size for couples. Will definitely be staying again!!

Great location but really small for a family of four. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable. No coffee maker only Keriug machine. No washer and dryer but they had a coin laundry machine. Parking was tight but we managed to get a spot. Short walk to the beach and small view of the beach through the balcony.

Great location...condo is small for a family of 4. The hallway bunk bed was too small for my 12 year old. The kitchen was well stocked for light cooking. It was really nice to have the 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs and boogie board. The condo came with plenty of towels and pool was nice.

Quaint place
This property was quaint. Not close enough to the water to hear it but close enough to your neighbors to hear them. Heard them walk inside their rooms, shut their doors all hours of the night, hearing the luggage cart go right by the window in the bedroom at late hours, walking onto to the porch to stare at your neighbor on their porch…just not sure this was a great fit for us. The construction starting each morning at 8am repairing the stair case was pretty loud. But it was clean and had what you needed. And you could walk through the parking lot right to the beach entrance so that was great.

Life-changing vacation!
This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean condo with literally everything we needed. Plenty of towels and all the right dishes to cook your own meals. (We ate breakfast and late snacks in the condo, otherwise we were out and about.) The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. Location is ideal; just a short walk to Coligny Plaza and a short drive to everything else. The amenities and location made it very difficult to say goodbye, we are already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!
