One of the slowest check in's I've ever experienced. Coming of a trans atlantic flight, I just wanted to go to bed, but I had to stand in the lobby surrounded by what appeared to be wedding patrons for about 30 mins while the clerk's stared at computer screens like they were watching a movie. Either get faster computers at reception or train your night time staff better.

Nice hotel, but the process to add an extra night was cumbersome - we had to check out and then check back in after asking to stay an extra night because our flight got changed, and they would not honour the original rate we paid for the first 4 nights.

If there was anything VIP about this property, it escaped me. I was given a room in the elevator lobby that did not seem very clean. I requested and received a different room that was a bit better. The room furnishings were very basic with no bedside lamps, etc. The hotel was nicer than most of the Heathrow hotels I visited in the past however and it was a decent place for an overnight stay before my flight.

We had a quick overnight here due to last minute flight changes. The lobby is beautiful and the reception staff excellent - Shawn in particular! He was welcoming and friendly and took great care of us. Room was dated, but clean and felt safe. Great value for a quick overnight - would stay again!

I liked the location near to airport. The breakfast was of a very high quality, with lots of choices and friendly wait staff. The hotel bar at night was a lively place, but not too raucous, with good food and reasonably priced drinks for an airport hotel. I must say that the reception staff went above and beyond, loaning me a charger for my phone and helping with any questions we had. I would heartedly recommend this hotel (I am a repeat customer!)

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is in a great location to Heathrow airport. It is also situated near a bus stop and train station which gets you into London quickly. There is an airport shuttle bus (fee) that stops at the front door of the hotel. The spa was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful.
