We had a quick overnight here due to last minute flight changes. The lobby is beautiful and the reception staff excellent - Shawn in particular! He was welcoming and friendly and took great care of us. Room was dated, but clean and felt safe. Great value for a quick overnight - would stay again!

I liked the location near to airport. The breakfast was of a very high quality, with lots of choices and friendly wait staff. The hotel bar at night was a lively place, but not too raucous, with good food and reasonably priced drinks for an airport hotel. I must say that the reception staff went above and beyond, loaning me a charger for my phone and helping with any questions we had. I would heartedly recommend this hotel (I am a repeat customer!)

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is in a great location to Heathrow airport. It is also situated near a bus stop and train station which gets you into London quickly. There is an airport shuttle bus (fee) that stops at the front door of the hotel. The spa was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful.

Really great staff, lovely quality feel around the hotel with some terrific facilities. Always nice to be upgraded on arrival, many thanks. Only gripe is the challenge of access, given the Bath Road is dual carriageway and with awkward bus lanes. Not the hotel's fault of course, but it does mean you need to be very conscious of how to access the premises. Otherwise a faultless stay.

The heater didn’t work in my room but the maintenance guy came real quick to fix the problem. Then when that didn’t happen he brought me a heater. I was very pleased.
