The property is next to a working farm so you may hear the cows from time to time and there are horses grazing nearby so we ask for outside noise to be kept to a minimum.
The property is in a rural location, you must view your arrival info within your welcome pack before you set off or you will have difficulty finding the barn.
All bedding provided at the apartment is hypoallergenic
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £250 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
