Bra beliggenhet, spesielt i forhold til gamlebyen og andre serverdigheter. Høy standard på rommene og ikke minst fellesarealene. Vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale både i resepsjonen og forøvrig.

Hyggelig hotell med meget god standard
Hotellet holder en høy standard. Betjeningen er serviceinnstilt og restauranten har en omfattende meny med gode retter. God og mangfoldig frokost. Gangavstand til gamlebyen og til Ho Chi Minh Mausoleet m.m.

A nice modern hotel centrally located just 8-10 minute walk from the Old Quarter and other tourists sites such as the Hilton hotel (prison), war museum next to Lenin Park and Tempel of Literature. Attentive and very serviceminded personell. Rooms are spacious and include what you need. Good Wi-Fi! Be sure to get a room on higher floors and facing the back yard to avoid traffic noise during nighttime. Traffic noise was not really a problem since the hotel is not located on the busiest street, but still very centrally located. Great variety on their breakfast buffet. Big + on their service quality. They kindly approved our request for splitting up our stay since we needed to change our travel plans and went to Halong Bay for 3 days. When we returned for our last night they even upgraded our room to the top floor. All in all a nice stay both for business and leisure travelers. Would not mind staying here again.

Luksus i Hanoi
Nyoppusset hotell der alt var nytt og rent. Veldig hyggelig betjening. God massasje og bra treningsrom - vi koste oss stort her. Litt stive priser i restauranten, men det var god mat.

ホテル自体は静かで立地条件も良い。日本語は通じず英語でのやり取りが苦労したが、帰りの空港タクシーも予約してもらい安全に、安心して過ごすことができた。お風呂のお湯のため方がよくわからず、栓を占めていてもお湯が抜けてしまいお湯を溜めながら湯船につかった。近辺の飲食店は下調べが必要だったが、歩ける距離で済ますことができた。ホテルの朝食は高かったが、豊富でおいしかった。

Hotels.comの予約ページから、One King Bedの部屋をあえて選択して予約したのに、One King Bedの部屋は空いていないと言われ、Two Single Bedsの部屋に通された。ホテル側がベッドの種類を確約できないのであれば、ベッドタイプ別での部屋の予約ができないようにした方がいいと思う(実際に、他のホテルでは、"One King Bed OR Two Single Beds"として予約を受け付けているところもある)。 あと、初日は高額紙幣しか手元になかったためチップを置かなかったせいか、ベッドメイクがいい加減でアメニティ類の補充もなかった。しかも、後で判明したのだが、初日に、飲んでもいないミニバーのビール代がつけられており、チェックアウト時に請求される始末で、まるで、嫌がらせをされたかのように感じた。翌日以降は、小額紙幣があったのでチップを置くことができためか、ベッドメイクもきちんとしていた(もちろん、チップの有無が真の原因かは定かではないが)。いずれにせよ、従業員教育がしっかりと行き届いているのか強い疑問を感じた。
