Bra hotell. Fikset greit flere utvidelser av bestillinger. Med akseptabelt tillegg i prisfall vi beholde samme klasse rom pluss tilgang på Executive floor. Tilbud på rommet om skopuss ble ikke effektuert. Kvaliteten på laksen (fra Norge påsto de?) første frokost var ikke bra.

The rooms are nice and big. The breakfast buffet has tons of options. The service for a big hotel was not great. They asked me to switch rooms after checking in. Two workers entered our room unannounced. Very unprofessional

This was a great stay at Melia! Location is wonderful for walking places, we didn’t get a cab at all except for arranging the hotel services to pick us up at the airport (which was also a lifesaver and very comfortable). The staff are so accommodating and quick workers. Would certainly stay again!

It was a great stay at MELIA ! Staff are so nice . Everything is close and easy to visit the old quarter and a lot of arrangements to outside Hanoi . The restaurant downstairs staff are so kind and you will a lot of choice at Breakfast. I love this Hotel . One of the best and clean Hotel in the middle of Hanoi .

Perfect Place to Stay in Hanoi, 5-star
Very nice hotel in a perfect area of Hanoi, within the French Quarter and right next to the Old Quarter. It is perfect for seeing historical monuments and wandering around the lively French Quarter and Old Quarter for restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. No complaints about the hotel itself, it was great! The staff is so friendly. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, we also had good views over Hanoi. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurants serve many options of delicious food for lunch and dinner, many of the options available 24/7. The breakfast was phenomenal, so many different fresh options to choose from! If we come back to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying here again.

I highly recommend Muslim people to stay away from this hotel, as the ingredients of food what you will order for in-room dining will most probably not be in line with how it is specified in the menu. For example, if you will order a Mosaico Burger, you will have a big piece of bacon in your burger; and when you will complain about that to hotel management, you will not be taken into serious and only hear insincere excuse words, but nothing else.
