We were short on towels for our entire 3 night stay. On 3 trips to the front desk, we were promised someone would bring them to our room, (they always said they had “just put a load in to wash”) but we never got them!
While the building has been renovated, cleanliness does not appear to be a high priority.
The lobby is difficult to find as there are no prominent signs inside or out.
There was often a small group congregated at Entrance 2 (a door that did not latch closed). Don’t know if they were “guests,” locals or employees.
I guess I expected too much from the Clairion name and was very disappointed!
