I stay with you a lot because I have had lots of good experiences at this hotel. This time had a few bumps. The remodel was unexpected and the mattress in room 150 needs to be replaced. On the positive - As usual - The service from your staff was excellent. The jacuzzi hot and terrific. Food was great. I actually like the location of room 150 for its easy access to the jacuzzi. So hopefully you’ll put a firmer not overworn mattress in when I return another time. I won’t review on hotels.com for this. I really do enjoy your hotel. Just hope your remodel goes well and you get new mattresses in all the rooms.

We liked it be close to the Grand Blvd shops and restaurants. We didn’t like the fact that they only clean rooms every other day and wasn’t told this when we booked. Locked us out of our room when we were told we could stay additional night without moving rooms. No free coffee set up in foyer like most hotels

The property was clean, and spacious, with remarkable soundproofing of the rooms. I gave the facility a 3 for two reasons: no safe in the room. A safe for cameras and other items would be advantageous. Secondly, the only free coffee in the morning were the packs in the room. These were not replenished, whether one stayed one night or seven.

Stay was absolutely amazing. Very clean and good channels to watch on tv. We traveled in from NOLA and was still able to watch the Saints game. Only issue wish the hot tub was bigger and stayed on longer.
