Helt greit hotel for 1-2 netter
Fint og rent hotell med god beliggenhet til flyplassen. Det eneste jeg savnet fra dette som et "flyplasshotell" var muligheten/fleksibiliteten til å kunne dusje (mot betaling) på ettermiddagen før man tar et kveldsfly.

Bra plass på veien for et par som oss. Gratis shuttlebus tilbake til flyplassen for å hente leiebilen.Grei frokost. Har du mer tid bør du besøke Rustic inn crab house som ligger i området

The room was nice and we could walk to a number of different stores and restaurants. I did end up with an issue with the staff when I walked out leaving a charger for my laptop in the room. I called the next day to see about how I could get it and they said they would check and call me back. After calling back myself they said someone would call me back the next day. I never got a call.

Friendly staff, seamless check-in. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with an updated bathroom. Ample parking, $10 nightly. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This will be my go to when I'm in Fort Lauderdale.

Our stay was good until the last day when my husband discovered 2 bed bugs while laying in bed. I spoke to Lavonne at front desk she was very attentive and made sure the room wouldn’t be stayed in until issue was addressed. I even showed her the photos that were taken. She told me that a manager would reach out to me which never happened. I would have liked accommodations.

Love hotel and amenities. Staff wonderful! Traveling with a group that includes a couple of elderly people so unable to walk to nearby restaurants. Would have like a restaurant with larger menu onsite.

The location of the property is perfect, shopping and restaurants abounds in very short walking distance. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside however inside it is a little tired looking - furniture and carpets could use some refreshing but the beds are super comfy, the layout of the rooms/suites are quite generous. Breakfast was good however the offerings should be replenished more frequently (dishes, utensils and food went missing and not replenished on a timely basis). What would be very appreciated would be to have a proper café in the building (as opposed to a counter across the road that "serves" Starbucks coffee but not a true Starbucks.

They provide a free shuttle form the airport, which was really nice for the 8 of us traveling together. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, the room size was perfect for our group. You could easily walk to eat, shop and they are a hotel that is typically used for people to stay prior to boarding a cruise ship.

The only disappointing thing was the airport shuttle service pick up from the airport. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Delayed due to lack of other shuttle bus. There were only 2 per the company that was providing service for many arriving customers.

Great proximity to the airport, but really nothing to do closeby, unless you like shopping !! Have to Uber/Taxi otherwise.. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean, nice pool, breakfast was soso-but is free to can't complain, lots of fast food eateries very close by.

We had just arrived from a cruise. We were given our room right away. The girl on the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. The room was excellent. We ate that evening in the bar. Food was very good pub fare. Very impressed. Free shuttle to the airport.

The rooms are great! They are spacious and clean. They have a kitchen which is really convenient. There is nearby shopping and dining and it is all within walking distance.

I like that they were able to accommodate us by letting us check in earlier as we had got off our cruise early in the morning. Service in the restaurant was also good. As well, breakfast is included with your stay which makes it convenient in the morning when getting on the go.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. We liked having the kitchen to have a couple of our lunches instead of eating out. The breakfast buffet was tasty & had lots of choices. We also loved the location, close to lots of stores & restaurants. We will be back!

Second time of stayed here and it’s been lovely both times. Location is perfect for my needs. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful! There is laundry facilities. Breakfast is every morning. I get the king suite with full kitchen. I recommend this hotel!

The property was dirty upon arrival we spent 6 nights with housekeeping only coming around 2 twice and the second time is after us going downstairs and let it be known we need them ! We had to go ask for clean towels ! I was disappointed as I had a great experience at another Hyatt house months prior to

The only thing that I did not like, is the shades in the room were broken and ripped. It looked like they were electric shades, but the button nearby did not work. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The staff were amazing!!

Great for family that requires the kitchenette. Nice area with food and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking was the only negative. There is no free parking anywhere nearby.
