We regret that your experience was not positive due to the "bad smell", the filthy cloth towel found in the bathroom sink and someone who unexpectedly knocked on your door (this morning you checked out very early so we really can't understand who could have been knocking on your door).You stayed only one night with us and the all rooms are checked by the housekeeper, before letting guests in.
