We enjoyed our quick stopover here. We were travelling with 2 small dogs and found it to be comfortable. There wasnt much of a green space for the dogs, so we went to the park next door, but in the daylight found out it said "no dogs" The person staying on the floor above us was up several times in the night and then at 5am for the day- we could hear every step they made as the floors are creaky- that was our only complaint. Overall a good place to stay in Fernie!

We had 2 dogs, and it was very noisy, so they had a hard time settling down. Other than that, lots of room and good location for walking.

Unique pool layout, with a super hot hot tub. Place was very clean and staff was so nice. The breakfast was not great though. Coffee was meh, and the rest of the offerings left a lot to be desired.

The staff were so helpful, I’ll be here again. And the hot tub was hot. The pool was refreshing the rooms were clean large and great views and the 3rd floor was so quiet worth the upgrade if you can.

Really nice property but tough to have the pool central to rooms as kids were playing in pool and were always told to be quiet so ask for rooms not around that area if you want more quiet

The hotel itself seems nice. However we stayed for 2 nights with a toddler & from 7.30-10pm every night there were kids in the pool screaming the entire time. It was hard going getting out little one to sleep. I’m all got kids having fun, but when the rooms are all centred around the pool, people should have some respect for other guest staying there and staff should enforce some rules. We made sure our toddler had fun in the pool but wasn’t loud and we made sure she enjoyed it at a time that people were not winding down for the day. If you stay on the 3rd floor you maybe lucky to avoid any noise from the pool area. We were on the second floor. Unfortunately the parents had no control over the kids and staff didn’t seem to care that other guests were complaining. Breakfast was ok, they had some hot and cold items to choose from. Room in itself was good, beds comfy, pillows were horrible way to puffy, my neck was sore each morning. Overall good spot to enjoy some time on the mountain. Would consider elsewhere with a separate area for the pool next time. we’ve stayed in other hotels with atrium pools and never had this experience before.

This property is showing its age. Breakfast was just ok, as one morning we got warmed up bologna as a protein instead of sausage, ham or bacon. No use of the pool or hot tub before 4pm everyday.

Hotel had nothing special but all the minimum requirements for the people to stay. I came to Fernie for ski-snowboarding and it had free ski-snowboard locker. No special parking designated place, just park and give plate number. Liquor store accessible from lobby and drink & snack vending machine found on the lobby, prices were reasonable. The building was aging but well maintained and is very sturdy between the rooms, no sound can be heard from the next door. Bed and bathroom were very well invested which I found them one of the top level and surprised, better than the ones in the city. And shampoo & soap were no brand but just enough to get by, works and nothing special. Great night sleep.

Rooms were decent, but made are they not sound proof .. you could hear everything around us. And a meeting starting next door at 8am was unacceptable. Don’t put someone in that room then. That is not considerate at all. The breakfast that was included was not great. Coffee tasted like water . Pancakes were soggy and vegetables looked like much. Even the tea I took to go was disgusting. Was not impressed for the price I paid for that room.

Bed was VERY comfortable. Handy location within walking distance of downtown, also like having the pub downstairs so don’t have to go outside if the weather is crappy.
