Very bad experience
Booked room with two double beds, but only got a room with one double bed, meaning that one of us had to sleep on the floor. They did not even give us an extra mattress, only extra sheets and two pillows to put on the floor. In addition, the room was smelling very bad and was outdated. In the morning, there was no hot water. To top the whole, the room was way overpriced. Giving more than one star due to good service from the hotel staff.

We've stayed at this property several times, very neat and clean, breakfast is average to good. Only problems were the drive way leading in is very bumpy and in need of repair, which it has been every time we're there, may not be Holiday Inn property. Bathroom sink drained very slowly, a couple of small black bugs in bathroom, both brought to staff's attention, otherwise nice hotel, will plan to stay there again when in the area.

It doesn't feel like a 200 usd property. Pros: Rooms are big. They have a microwave and minibar where you can heat/chill food. Bath amenities are good (Dove) and they provide you with toothbrush, soap, and other amenities. Cons: The property seems to be old, and the service is not good enough.

Good, decent hotel for a night or two. We made it as a base to get around the Keys before jumping into a cruise in ft lauder. would stay again. no issues, decent breakfast is included.

For a dated hotel, it was maintained and cleaned well. Disappointed that there were no keto friendly items for breakfast sure to equipment failure. Other than that, it was fine.

Only good thing was convenient location. The hotel was very dirty with misty and moldy smell in the rooms and hallways. The carpets in the room were stained with sticky spots. The towels were stained. Phone was not working. The toilet flush was extremely week. The water flow in the shower had a very low pressure.

all the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have a lot of requests, however but the little I had was no problem. However, the housekeeping needs improving.

I have stayed at many holiday inn expresses, and know what to expect. The area in general is sketchy, when I arrived there were a couple homeless people sitting on the ground on hotel property, and there was a drunk guy on the third floor sitting with his feet on the glass of the hotel window. During check in the staff was great. I went down for breakfast at 7am the first day (it’s supposed to start at 630), nothing is ready. A girl comes out and has food a few minutes later, eggs (which were fine) and sausage that was overcooked and inedible. The pancake machine was out of batter. I’m not picky with food under the circumstances, I’m expecting gas station quality food. One of my room keys never worked, the second one stopped working at one point and I had to go to the front desk and have it reprogrammed. I was under the impression that all holiday inn expresses were about the same, this place was like a super 8.

Hotel staff was very efficient, helpful, and friendly The hotel was quite tired. I understand it is to go through a renovation, it is greatly needed. The day we were there the kitchen was out so no hot breakfast but the attendant in the dining room was excellent.

The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The room itself was good, however the carpet was disgusting in our room and in the hallways. Otherwise staff was pleasant and the room and bathroom were very clean. One other thing was the bed was very hard, felt like an older kind with the springs still in it. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, hard.
