Spacious 2 bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the mountains. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your deck, while taking in the brilliant night skies.

The living room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable and magnificent mountain views. Enjoy the The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. Two On-suites one has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and blue ray, and a bathroom with a small shower bathroom. The Master suite features a king bed, with high end beauty rest king mattress and flat screen smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee on the deck off the either bedroom,

This unit will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with a Window Unit Air Conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms have window ventilators. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The on site, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend, the Labor Day Weekend (managed by the HOA). This unit has a full flight of stairs to the front door.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

No Pets, No Smoking, No events. The person renting/name on the account must be present.

Review of Elk Landing At Mary’s
The location at Estes Park is nice. The property is very dated and old. When we checked in first thing we noticed was dirty sofa and chairs, the TV cables with connectors hanging down. The kitchen was not adequately stocked-notably there was no sugar. The floor under the carpet was uneven and creaking. We had cover the sofa, couch and the padded chairs with the spare bed sheets and beach towels. This place needs a major renovation.The property manager, Renee, was very helpful and understanding.

Great Location
It was the perfect little cabin in Estes. Very clean and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of bathrooms. Such a cute little place. My only complaint is the air in the bedrooms. We are from STL, so we are used to air conditioning and I feel in CO. they are not. I also heard it was a heat wave so that could have contributed to that. Overall we would stay there again. The views were incredible.

Great condo & perfect for our family of four. The only thing I would note is there are stairs to get to the condo. So, if you are disabled at all, this would not be ideal. Great communication with property manager!

Did not know about all the stairs. From Kansas (low area) so figured we would have altitude issues...we did. At 67 with bad knees the stairs were a huge issue. Not just one set. The road above had been repaved and was not usable which meant we had to go up all the stairs with everything. Pool, hot tub under construction. Had to buy batteries for TV remotes (not a big deal). House was clean and very nice. View and balcony were wonderful and I enjoyed the Mary's Road access to the park. Had my friend not had severe altitude sickness, we would have stayed. Left 3 days early

Snyder Family Vacation
Fantastic property and exactly what the listing described. Quiet area and perfect for our family needs. Our girls (3yo & 1.5yo) loved the space and being able to have their own bathroom. Close proximity to RMNP and Estes Park. Wish we could have worked it out to stay longer! Can’t wait to go back.

Great location, very clean!
We stayed here for 1 weeks and it was just wonderful. Clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It was a great place to relax every evening after extensive hiking we did every day!

Nice place
The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable except for the pullout sofa bed. The bedrooms were a nice size and it was great to have 2.5 baths. We did not use the televisions or pool so I cannot comment on those. The common living space is a little small but we were out a lot and did not need more space. We definitely would recommend this place to others.

Wonderful unit
We will definitely try for this unit again when we travel there again. Only thing I wish we had there was one more night to relax. The hot tub would’ve been nice to work as well, but I know that’s out of this owner’s hands. Very peaceful!

Great Condo!
Condo had a great view of the mountains. It was outside of the crowds in town. One review stated that it wasn’t very comfortable with any more than 2 adults. There were 4 of us there (2 of us are good size boys) and we had PLENTY of room. Loved the set up of the 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Lots of amenities in the kitchen, including a Keurig. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely return when in the park area! Great place!!

Quiet and relaxing setting
Great location! Unit was clean and had everything that a family of 5 would need. Calming Mountain Views from the balcony and the pool area. Pool was heated and the unit provided towels for us. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, nice home but some disappointments
Can’t beat the location. Right outside RMNP and surrounded by beauty. Safe neighborhood and home was very cute inside. Price was high but similar to others in the area. A few complaints, but most were out the hands of the owner(s). Traveling with a 4 year old we were sold because of the pool, hot tub and fire pit area. However the hot tub and fire pit were out of order. Residents who “live” there said it’s been out of order for most the year. If not longer. This is not the fault of the owner, but it should be mentioned in the description. Especially since there does not appear to be any active attempts at fixing it. The only issue we had with the rental itself was the door code didn’t work (we didn’t care because there was a key also) and the A/C only cooled the living room. The bedrooms were very warm at night. Overall it was nice and I would recommend. Just wish we knew about the pool area ahead of time. Maybe a cheaper price until it’s fixed? For us, that was part of what we wanted for our vacation experience (pool, tub and roast marshmallows by fire).
