Five nights in Dublin
Stayed five nights at Maldron Parnell Square in September, and had a nice stay. The room I had was a little bit worn down than the pictures on the web page. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Quite busy during my stay, but always room at breakfast at the time I ordered. Nice selection of food and always enough even at the busiest times. Ok cleaning, but it varied a lot form day to day. No problem with noises during the night even with at lot of guests. Good wi-fi connection during the whole stay. All in all a great stay, but maybe it`s a bit expensive for the condition my room was in.

Sentrumsnært
Tok litt lang tid med innsjekking. Fint rom, har vært her en gang før. Liker at det er nært hovedgaten og shopping. Testet ikke frokost denne gangen, men den var bra sist. Eneste minuset de får denne gangen er innsjekkingen og at de ikke har svart meg på en mailhenvendelse i etterkant.

Det var dårlig lydisolert rom. Vi hørte alt naboen gjorde, hva de snakket om. Det holdt på med oppussing og det bråkte mye. Vi hadde ikke tilgang til safe. Det var generelt dårlig til en pris på 2000 PR natt.

Meget fint og hyggelig hotell.
Vi var to veninner på tur. Målet var shopping og opplevelser. Fin gåavstand til sentrum, men buss og trikk i nærheten. Hotellet var fint. Rent og pent. Frokosten var meget god med varm og kald mat. Godt utvalg for alle. Bor gjerne der neste gang.

Rudest staff, unwelcome as a disabled person
As someone with a service dog, I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel. I let the hotel know prior I had him with me, but was questioned by every single member of staff. The security guard working at night was horrible. I was by myself out in the cold with my dog and trying to get in the building, he was smirking at me walking so slowly towards me to let me in because the doors weren’t working. When he finally let me in, he aggressively asked me what room I was staying in which made me feel so uncomfortable. When my friends showed up he did the exact same thing, and accused me of sneaking them in despite paying for 5 guests. Also the parking isn’t on site, it’s about 3 blocks away, and didn’t tell me I could go back and park after midnight. Had to park on the street. When I got up at 6:30 to pay for the park, the clerk at the desk came up to me and started questioning me AGAIN about my service animal. He made me again feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Pretty much all the staff I interacted with were rude.

Habitué de cet hôtel lors de mes déplacements professionnels, j’ai été surpris qu’on puisse me positionner dans une chambre avec une porte communicante de si mauvaise qualité. J ai littéralement entendu mes voisins toute la soirée et une bonne partie de la nuit….
