Nice building with good facilities. Pool and outdoor movie area was great. That the bartender not could serve anyone two and a half minute after closing (2200)is just no good service. So a minus for that. otherwise efficient and friendly staff in reception and at the valet-service. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and come back.

Sentralt og flott, men endel støy.
Flott leilighet og hyggelig personale. God service. Enkelt å sjekke inn og ut. Mye støy fra trafikk og utrykningskjøretøy hele døgnet selv om vi bodde i 30.etg. Det manglet litt på renhold i selve leiligheten og sparsomt med kjøkkenutstyr.

Good facilities for a family visit.
Nice pool area and outside leisure area, including basketball court. Spacious rooms and good service. Note that parking is pretty expensive...was 49 dollars per night

The property was clean with amazing views of downtown los angles restaurants & shopping stores were in walking distance of our suite. the only issue was someone that occupied the suite next ours had at least 2 or 3 small dogs that were constantly barking or growling upon us entering or leaving our room and sometimes throughout the night we could hear them. other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay while in DTLA!

We had a two bedroom, 2 bath suite which was super spacious and worked out well for our family of 5. However, we were pretty grossed out by how filthy it was. Cabinets had dirty handprints all over them and there were crumbs on the shelves. Shower had someone’s leftover shavings on top of the shampoo dispenser, grimy floors, baseboards in bad shape and pulling away from the wall. Our room looked over the patio where they project the movies outside each night and it was extremely loud pretty late into the night. The hallways smelled strongly of weed and some type of food cooking constantly. One of the biggest let downs were that because of the pictures we were expecting a really nice pool and hot tub area and all we found was an empty, run-down looking pool and a half-full hot tub that was out of service. Definitely wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew that were the case. The self parking was convenient but seemed a bit steep at $50/day. On the positive side the towels were really soft and the bed linens were clean and crisp.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. Modern and clean, the rooms were incredibly spacious. The hotel is pet friendly but still feels high end. Our dogs loved the city views. Friendly, accommodating staff. Will stay here next time we visit LA!

The concierge staff was so respectable and nice .. but valet stereotyped us along with security.. Leaving us will one luggage carrier when we had multiple rooms they told us we all had to share one which wasn’t right we saw that it was multiple available. As far as security we followed all the rules and still got a room check I guess our appearance to them was suspicious because we didn’t look like the standard business people who occupy their residence I felt so ashamed and embarrassed..

I came one hour after check in, guest services stated my card was declining I spent 10 minutes trying to get my card to go through. I called my bank and the transaction attempts didn’t show on their end, the guest services rep manually typed my card information in and magically it went through. We discovered after 15 mins the issue was their machine. After we secured the security deposit the hotel staff asked me to wait 5 more minutes to restock the kitchen with cooking items, I waited we’re now at 15 minutes. He comes back and ask that I wait another 20-30 minutes for them to mop the floor I advised I have time restrictions and cannot wait any longer this room was paid for weeks ago they’ve now wasted 25 minutes of my time due to being unorganized. I was placed into a room that was very dusty and still missing kitchen items so me waiting was for no reason as I could’ve gotten checked into my original room. Your staff also somehow combined my reservation with my brothers despite us booking them separately. Overall you all caused me to miss my ride to the lakers vs clippers game due to the time I wasted trying to check in. I am extremely frustrated by this entire experience.

Beautiful suites close to the crypto Arena where I was attending, areas not too bad has lots of things around. Amenities were nice, didn’t really use them that much as the weather didn’t allow for the pool.

Very nice hotel in downtown LA
We stayed on the 31st floor. Great view! The apartment is really nice. New equipments: washer, dryer, oven, microwave. Location is great. There is a whole food supermaket at a walking distance. A few things could have been better: - the room was not ready when we go to the hotel. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm. We had to wait until 5:30pm to get to the room - Electricity was not working in one of the rooms. Somebody had to come over to fix it. - Not enough silverware. We booked the room for 5 people but only had silverware for 3. - We had to pay $29 per day for the resort tax - $50 per day for the self parking. The parking had a lot of empty spaces so we had no difficulty finding a parking spot.
