Rm233 hasn’t been renovated yet so the fridge needs to be replaced! It freezes then defrost in the floor everyday! Other that that is a pleasant stay!

Do not book.
Absolutely not worth the 82.00$ I had to pay. Bath tub was peeling paint. Dirty walls, very subpar.

The room was dirty and a lot of things were broken and not working, they were people out side of my room making loud talking and cussing at 3 am to 6am

LITERALLY A ROACH MOTEL.
The note at the front desk should have given me a warning. It stated that there would be no refunds due to the remodel that the hotel was experiencing. I can understand a noise complaint or two and even some construction debris. However the hotel was in no condition to have anyone stay there. The linens were unclean. The bathroom was horrific. And it was literally infested with roaches. There was a microwave and a fridge however neither worked. What look like wallpaper was peeling off from what appeared to be water damaged so I'm sure there was mold. Worst hotel I have ever been to!!! I would not leave my dogs there

FILTHIEST HOTEL EVER
I just can't believe Clarion clams this under their brand. This is probably the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed. Dead roaches all over the room, dust and dirt in every corner, under the beds, under the ac, on the vents, in the AC unit, on the switches, on and under the chair cushion, and just everywhere. Black mold along the tub and bathroom ceiling. I have never experienced a rocking toilet, but you get one here. Most certainty keep my suitcase up off the floor and off the chair. I'll have to take a shower when I leave so I won't feel dirty after a stay here. Clarion will no longer be on my preferred hotel list. Goes on the crappy list. If I wasn't so tired after traveling for the past 12 hours, I would leave!

Suck ass stay
Well woke updue to sonething on my arm crawling. It a big f"ing cockroach. Breakfast was destitute. Not restocked. Had to go to Dennys across the street. Room is outdated.old furniture. Bathroom had mold. Bathtub was painted. Who paints over plastic.

Assigned room was falling apart & dirty. Looked like no maintenance had been done in years & what had been done was not done very well at all. Practically had to sit on the floor the toilet was so low an it was cracked. Holes in the cabinet & trim falling off. Cable ran from top of door to TV just hanging loose. One lamp didn't work. Curtains were coming down. NO bath towels. Mildew in the tub. Probably other items i can't remember at the moment. I wouldn't think Clarion would want their name associated with this building! It was a surprise it was so bad, as the front lobby was very nice.

The room was very dirty, dirty linens, stained towels & rags. The finish of the tub was actually chipping off & the tub was dirty. Rust on the bottom of the doorways & the toilet had urine around the outside of it.

First room had bugs and a toilet full of feces. Obviously had not been cleaned. Was told it was a mistake and got moved. 2nd room had holes in wall in bathroom, paint peeling, remote felt gritty. Sprinkled ajax in tub and turned water on amd it ran black which confirmed it had not been cleaned. No way I could have stayed but was told they coukdnt issue refund because i booked with Orbitz. Also, swimming pool was closed which was not mentioned online. Not that it was an option even if it was open after seeing the conditions. The lady runningthe front desk, however, was very patient, kept apologizing and was embarrassed. She was working alone with a ton of people waiting to check in and i dont believe they even had housekeeping on site at the time.

Lobby smelt like heavy smoke. Bathtub was stopped up. Water backed up while taken a shower. Very unsanitary. Appearance of the hotel was bad. I’ll never stay here again.

Unpleasant Stay
The first room I was assigned (202) was to be a nonsmoking room but reeked of smoke. I was then moved to room 157 and that room had holes in the lamp shade, the bathtub was dirty, the room was musty and did not smell clean, the ceiling was dirty and had patches of what appeared to be dirt, holes in the wall, etc. I was scheduled to stay two nights but due to the conditions I couldn’t stay a second night. The pool was green and disgusting and unusable and the hotel grounds exterior was filthy. I will never stay there again. It appears a change in management is needed.

The hotel is in need of some serious TLC and updates. A deep, deep cleaning would go a long ways. The desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

What Happened
Run. Run far away! Check-in was confusing, and took 30 mins just to check in. Mold on the entire ceiling around the edges where it wasn’t painted. Mold in bathroom. Floor was filthy. Breakfast was almost non existent. Brings out 1 serving of eggs at a time for the buffet. This use to be a nice hotel, but not anymore!!! Run!!!

Review of stay.
I requested a pool. It was down. Had issues with the tv not working at first. But that was resolved. My son killed a cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were to high. I am 5foot 2inch and i had to jump to get into the bed. The continental breakfast was ok. Could have offered a little more variety. I would give a 3 out of 5 stars

Quiet and large small fridge . No coffee maker in 1 room . Our 2 rooms needed a deep clean. Table tops had glass moisture rings .Carpet had been vacuumed and clean bedding but corners everywhere were very dirty . I cleaned the faucet in the bathroom sink

THE LAST TIME WE WENT THERE, ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO, WE LOVED IT. GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN, GOOD STAFF. IT HAS NOW GONE DOWN HILL. DRY SCRAMBLED EGGS AND POOR SAUSAGE ONLY BREAKFAST PROVIDED WITH DO IT YOURSELF WAFFLES. NO MILK OR OJ FOR BREAKFAST. KILLED SEVERAL ROACHES AND SHOWED THEM TO STAFF WHO WERE INDIFFERENT. NO TELEPHONE. NO TOWEL REPLACEMENT, HAD TO TAKE OLD TOWELS TO GET NEW ONES. TOO MUCH MORE TO NOTE.

Room dirty, made skin crawl. Appliances broken, tub is worn. My son was walking without shoes on the floor was so dirty his little feet was black. Bed sheets had burn spots in it. I was not impressed with this hotel, the staff is really friendly and very professional.

We stayed due to an emergency. It wasn't clean. AC had filth and food in it, shampoo in the tube ground, and hair everywhere, and the fire alarm kept beeping batteries need to be changed. Great customer service from the man at night.

The bathroom was extremely moldy. The ladies restroom outside the restaurant was closed. The bath tub needs immediate replacing. we have stayed here twice a year for many years. It has deteriorated annually.
