Regarding your concern about the gym and swimming pool facility, please be noted that the BW PLUS category brand has been customized specially for business travelers. And It has been found by the survey that they do not get much time to use the swimming pool facility. Henceforth, we kept Steam and Sauna facilities instead which use are fully complimentary for our all valued guests. Also due to the structural plan, we could not allocate much space for the gym but we tried to ensure maximum and updated equipment there required for the daily workout. Though we do not have a designated trainer for the gym but surely for the assistance we provide an expert during the workout on a request basis. Thank you for staying with us and we will try our best to address your shared concerns as much as possible. Looking forward to the opportunity of serving you again in the future.
