Bra, men svinedyrt
Sonargaon har veldig god service og gode fasiliteter, men man merker at hotellet begynner å bli gammelt. De tar også 10 ganger så mye som normalt for nesten alt. En frokost koster fire ganger så mye her som på mange andre hoteller, for eksempel. Bra treningsrom!

Entrance door guard are arrogant and not fit for 5 star hotel security, I was told that hotel has a policy not allowing outside food in moto hotel even for hotel residents. Hotel door security were rude and they didn’t allow sweets which was a gift to carry with me back to Australia. I expressed my disappointment to Duty Manager and he also confirmed hotel policy not to allow any food and reason in his words was hotel guest get sick and blame to hotel food. I told duty ma average that does that mean hotel residents can’t take food outside? They can get sick having food outside. Restaurant conditions also very disappointing, too many nonresident guest during dinner and they were closing only restaurant open entire hotel at 8:15 pm

I appreciate GM upgrade my room. Thank to GM and Mr. Bashar. However, most disappointing part is Hotel staff are security people always looking and begging for tips. I am totally disappointed about such attitude. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. However, welcome drink must come with a hot towel, so that guest could clean hand and drink. Please confirm it. I wish next time I could get out of those trouble. Thank you

Only through the contribution of valued Guests, such as yourself, we do come to know about the shortcomings we have, and on which we need to work to create a better experience for our valued guests.Dear Sir, through this survey we found your dissatisfaction on charging you for making an early check in , however while checking with our Front Office Reception it was found that you booked with us for 2 nights i.e. 20 th and 21st September, 2022, on 20th you checked in at 16.46 hrs and accordingly you were charged, there was no early check in which has been mentioned. However, regarding the smell, I would express apology as you had to experience this while staying in the most iconic property of the country, we would have given you a room change if we had received any room change request from you,at that time or we could have sent someone immediately to your room so that we could find out the reason for the smell, whether any mildew or wet carpet issue or anything which we could find out at that time.We are truly apologetic and would like to give you a better service next time once you are here again, but our request will be to inform us while staying with us, so that immediate action can be carried out. I put myself in an awkward condition staying here just for a night; I reserved my booking through online so they couldn’t include me free breakfast they said; Would definitely never come back anymore to experience the terrible experience.
