Only through the contribution of valued Guests, such as yourself, we do come to know about the shortcomings we have, and on which we need to work to create a better experience for our valued guests.Dear Sir, through this survey we found your dissatisfaction on charging you for making an early check in , however while checking with our Front Office Reception it was found that you booked with us for 2 nights i.e. 20 th and 21st September, 2022, on 20th you checked in at 16.46 hrs and accordingly you were charged, there was no early check in which has been mentioned. However, regarding the smell, I would express apology as you had to experience this while staying in the most iconic property of the country, we would have given you a room change if we had received any room change request from you,at that time or we could have sent someone immediately to your room so that we could find out the reason for the smell, whether any mildew or wet carpet issue or anything which we could find out at that time.We are truly apologetic and would like to give you a better service next time once you are here again, but our request will be to inform us while staying with us, so that immediate action can be carried out.
