Room is NOT as described. Booked a deluxe suite supposed to have one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There is no sleeper sofa in this room or any on the property. They admitted their mistake at the front desk that it's advertised incorrectly but they are unwilling to help or cancel. Scrambling to find a second bed or air mattress right now.

It was my first experience staying at an extended-stay hotel. It was a comfortable and quiet stay. The lobby staff ladies were friendly and helpful and supplied me with items I needed for the kitchen. I liked that the area was well-lit, adding to a safety feeling. This hotel is located close to grocery shopping and gas stations. Very convenient!

Unfortunately and this is not the staff’s fault but the homeless have started to hang around there at night into the early hours of the morning. On my last day I went downstairs to get hot water a homeless person was sleeping on the steps. I left him alone because I thought he was just trying to have a safe sleep. He then came into where the breakfast bar is located and grabbed a bunch of stuff I still left him alone because I wasn’t going to eat anything and I understand hard times. However this same person while I was beginning to dress popped the lock on my window and tried to climb through it I screamed at him and he left immediately. Two nights before that a homeless person was loudly knocking on every door including mine claiming to be someone’s cousin and could you let him in. While that is not the staff’s fault because they are nice and very helpful it is not the properties issue. Other than that it is clean enough for a quick stay.

there was an strong smell of marihuana in the room, maybe the next door or downstairs were smoking, I did not see anybody doing it, but the smell was there. Also, the carpet of the room was dirty. Just entering the room, I felt very uncomfortable, we ended up leaving and checked in at another hotel.

There was rice on the floor and the floors were dirty. The kitchen area and cupboards were unkept. The heater worked intermittently and smelled like it was burning. People were yelling and talking loudly outside the room.

Run property. Good location but a bit sketchy after dark. Room was very dated. The outside walkway to the room was filthy. There was an empty booze bottle in the stairwell that was there for over a day before someone picked it up. One morning the front desk was not staffed for over 30 mins. Could not find anyone from 7 to 8 am.

Only positive is convenience. For the problems, the police presence, the cigarette smoke and the questionable activities on property, one is better off at a Marriott or Hilton. It’s around the same price and at least there’s restitution if a bad stay occurs like this one. Night staff is not great. Day staff is absolutely AHmazing. No disrespect. Housekeeping should be retrained and should mop the floors properly instead of spraying a can of FeBreeze across the room (wiped something that spilled on the kitchen floor and rag turned black).

Had reserved for 4 nights starting on a Friday. Saturday morning I called because the shower was not working properly. After being on hold for 15 minutes the line was disconnected. At the desk i was told that nothing could be done until Monday morning when the manager was available. After much discussion i asked about cancelling the reservation but after it was cancelled i was told that I would still have to pay for all 4 nights and nothing could be done until Monday when the manager was there. I said that in that case I would stay and went back to the room. A few minutes later I was called and told that I had to leave the room as the reservation had been cancelled and could not be rebooked. When i questioned this I was told that if I did not vacate the room the police would be called. I left and after several calls i have been told that I will not be charged for the additional 3 nights stay.

Tv remote was missing. Had to go to the office to borrow one. The back of the remote does not have a cover. No closed captioned for my hubby to watch TV. Beds were not comfy. Flat, no softness on the mattress. Shower knob hard to turn on like it was stuck.
