Horrible location. The hotel smells moldy. When I checked into my room, the toilet was literally full of $h!t. ….poop…..excrement. The room was dusty. Disgusting. Never again. STAY AWAY

Room served it's purpose for bathing and sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to AT&T stadium reason for visit. We noticed the other nearby amusement parks, this hotel has a trolley stop at curb very useful. I read on a web page a continental breakfast, hotel provides coffee and granola bar. Oh well not a deal breaker. Will come back

Definitely needs renovations, but its comfy! Did not see BUGS OR BED BUGS ,did not see mold, its in a great location if your going to a game or fun park. Smells clean everytime we walked in and out of building. Will go back!

The property was easily accessible and overall clean. The lady at the front desk wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t very welcoming either. Not sure if it was the same person, but when my wife called down to the front desk the next morning to ask if there was a continental breakfast, the desk clerk said that it was just granola bars and juice “like you were told at check in”. I thought that was an unnecessary comment, especially due to the fact that it actually was not told to us at check in. The hallway on the floor that we were staying also has a strong marijuana smoke odor for most of our stay. The property says that it’s smoke free, but the smell said otherwise. For the price, I can’t really complain much more than that.

A couple hours after I arrived I realized I had an extra night on the booking so I contacted the front desk, they told me to contact expedia so I did, expedia reached out to them but no one answered the phone at the front desk. Now it's 3 days later and they won't refund the extra night. I originally booked a king room, when I got to the room it was very small so I asked to be moved to a room with two beds. The room was much bigger but they charged and extra $60 for the length of the stay. Rooms are clean, sheets and towels are cheap, rough and definitely not comfortable. They do not have breakfast as advertised. They have coffee and granola bars from 6-9, so bring food, but make sure the mini fridge gets cold, ours seems to be running at about half power. There are a ton of hotels in this area next time I'm going somewhere else.

Great place! only thing was the TV wasn’t working but we were going to bed and leaving the next morning so it was no big deal. Great staff and great view!

The hotel location is in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel if you going to a baseball or football game.

It was very close to six flags and the stadiums. The front desk was very rude. The room was in my name but was paid for by my husbands card. My husband went in to check us in when I came in about 5 mins later, the front desk lady was arguing with my husband that he could not check in and was threatening to cancel our reservation. My husband said she was acting that way with the lady who was trying to check in before us. I know it can be hard working in customer service, but you need to have some patience. Friends of ours stayed there too and they found a condom in there room. Luckily it was un used.

Easy parking, checkin, and nice quiet surroundings, even though it was right across from Six Flags! Loved that there was a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. Brazilian Steakhouse and Mexican Restaurant right next door, and other options within a 6-10 minute drive. My only complaint is the slow internet...I had to do some remote work while there and it was impossible on the in-house connection. Had to set up my own hotspot. Kind of a pain, but a workable one! Would stay again!

Terrible customer service. They refused to check me in and were extremely rude about it. They have to have a physical ID card or you can't check in. Then there refused to do anything about it because I went through Expedia. I definitely won't be going back.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. There was a booking error and they refused to help. It showed we were double booked and they blamed Expedia. Expedia blamed the property. The front desk clerk was extremely unpleasant & unprofessional. Straight up rude. We went to dinner and Expedia called the clerk twice attempting to resolve the issue. The clerk even hung up on Expedia! Clerk advised she wouldn’t and couldn’t reach a manager or general manager. That there wouldn’t be a manager on site at all for a few days. The General Manager contacted me via email after we checked out and advised the issue was corrected. They never apologized for the way we were treated, nothing. Also, no breakfast, hall didn’t feel safe, I felt unsafe around the clerk. The outside area had an unsafe feel as well. There was a building that seemed closed & vandalized right outside the door. In the room the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. There’s something wrong with the door latch or something. The staff and manager had me in tears. They didn’t charge us twice & corrected the issue after checking out. The manager didn’t seem to care at all about the ordeal. We were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition, and they absolutely ruined the night. I asked for a refund due to all the circumstances and the manager refused and still didn’t show any empathy and was not apologetic. DO NOT HIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!
