Very nice hotel near the Frisco Conference Center
I have only positive experiences with this hotel. Large nice rooms, very clean everywhere, okay pool outside, very friendly and helpful staff, good service and all at a reasonable price. Only one minute to go to the Frisco Conference Center and 15 minutes to go to the big mall Stonebriar Center. I stayed at this hotel for a week last year and a week this fall, so I know what I am talking about :-)

Hotel staff was very friendly and made the stay enjoyable. We were there for 1 night, for a company event. The young woman, when we checked in was awesome and when we returned from the event, the bartender was very personable and stayed open a little late so we could have a night cap. Checkout was simple and the staff member at check out was also very friendly. Overall, a great stay.

My son’s championship football game bought us to the Hilton. I am a Hilton honors member so the ease of checking in was great, even the night agent was superb! The room was nice and clean. I went to the bathroom and I thought it was a long brown hair on the toilet seat so I kept wiping it, but it was a crack in the seat! But still comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing that really urked me was a guy that worked downstairs- I am assuming the food area. Dont know his name ( but on the heavy side, kinda short, and wore glasses). He was there in the morning of 11/19. He was something and not in a good way . But overall it was great!

The property is well kept and the staff was extremely nice. Love my stay but breakfast was expensive to say it was not enjoyable. My granddaughter's waffle was dry and hard. I was overpriced with my breakfast but did not look at my receipt until I got in the car and didn't feel like coming back in, needed to get on the road to make it home. However, I well definitely be back.

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel is very beautiful and clean but the walls are very thin. I could hear a baby crying and kids running in the room above me. The receptionist handed the guy that checked in before me a nice gift bag with water in it but she didn't hand one to me and I didn't understand that.

Quiet property with lots of shopping close by. Our only ding on the hotel was the bed linens (felt stiff) and the A/C (when it clicked on, the noise seemed louder than expected). Overall, the hotel is very clean and we enjoyed the virtual check-in due to our late arrival. First time we have used the digital key (available via the Hilton app) which was also a welcomed feature.
