Relaxing stay in Sitges
We had an amazing time here during our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and forthcoming. The pool areas and gym are great, such a secluded gem. Different pools that are perfect for everyone, one for swimming and recreation, one for adults, a shallow toddler pool, and a mixed infinitypool. all perfect for my kid leaqrning to swim. Our room was light, airy, well kept and clean. The bed was amazing, slept like a rock each night. Had an amazing view from our balcony. The kids activities that are provided everyday for free were great for both kids and adults! The gym had every single equipment you could possible need, loved the threadmills and stellar weight section. We had breakfast included, and it was well worth the money. Fresh fruits and baked goods galore. A chef made omelets and other egg based dishes to order. Freshly squeezed juices and heaps of options made it one of the highlights of ourt stay. The a la carte restaurant provided tasty meals, large portions and exceptional service. It's fairly easy to get into the city centre, a hotel shuttle, bus or 10 euro taxi ride away. E-bikes were also available for rental, would have loved if they had some kids bikes for rent as well. Overall an exceptional stay!

1 week family trip. Nice pool area, spa and gym. Very good breakfast and food in the bars. Hotel and rooms need some maintenance. Minus that there is no shuttle bus in the evening and in October.

Relaxing hotel for a get away
Great hotel with everything you need to relax. The hotel a short ride from Sitges town centre. There is a free shuttle that goes in and out town - so it is easy to get around.

Not a 5 star hotel
Nice hotel, but the pool area could need some regular cleaning. Lunch at the poolbar is terrible for a 5 star hotel, both service and food.

Noen herlig avslappende dager
Noen herlig avslappende dager. Vi koste oss på hotellets område og med et par turer ned til Sitges, både for å bade og for å rusle rundt i landsbyen. God service, hyggelige mennesker, supert pool-område. Frokosten var ypperlig, utenom den fant vi den beste hotellmaten i baren ved siden av resepsjonen! Sengene var gode, men vel harde etter vår smak. Fint og relativt romslig rom og med en god balkong.

Fra vi satt foten innforbi døren til vi sjekket ut igjen, så hadde vi en fantastisk opplevelse. Nydelig beliggenhet, flotte rom, god service, rent og god mat. Kan spesielt anbefale grilling på kvelden. Kort taxitur ned til Sitges sentrum.

Avslappende
Tog toget fra Barcelona og avsluttet storby ferien med to netter på dette hotellet. Var en meget behagelig avslutning på ferien. Lå mest ved bassenget med en god nok, men var også ned til stranden å sentrum entur. Hotellet ligger ca 5 min kjøring unna stranden og 10 min unna sentrum, men det er gratis transport ned til stranden å en fin gå tur til sentrum. Veldig god frokost med masse å velge i, de hadde egne take away skåler slik at vi kunne spise lunsj ved bassenget. Fine og rene bassenger med god temperatur. Det var mange barn der og de så ut til å kose seg. Anbefaler dette hotellet til både familier og de som bare vil slappe av å kose seg.

Great hotel. Unfortunately after multiple conversations with reception about the missing hotels.com silver VIP sparkling wine being missing and a call to hotels.com nothing appeared which defeats the point of using hotels.com Hotel itself was nice but located quite a distance from town and taxis were often an issue. Clean and friendly staff.

L’hôtel ne fait aucun différence entre un client occasionnel et un client très régulier ce qui est dommage : aucune attention rien Nada même si on vient trois fois en deux mois et pour la quinzième fois . I would not stay again
I informed staff 3x our hot tub was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted Expedia that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. The hotel was also too far from everything. The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left one of ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm.

It’s a great resort. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The rooms need an update. If you like big resorts it might be for you.

Hotel and staff excellent but remote from Sitges town although hotel mini bus available during the day but not evenings. Good hotel for short stay but not longer vacation

Dated rooms and bathrooms. Constant bad cover music playing from every corner all day long. Pools cold. Extra fee to use indoor heated pool. Food awful - 3 bouts of food poisoning in our group of 4 (on different nights), no vegetarian options at all for those on half board. Dead vibe. Not Dolce Sitges as it used to be. Won’t be returning sadly. Sitges however is lovely.

My stay at Eurostars Sitges was really enjoyable abd comfortable. The resort has excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, wonderful amenities and superb views. The only area of improvement would be some of the carpets and decor, which were showing visible signs of wear and tear. On balance I am happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the Sitges area though.
