Very good hotel
Very good hotell and having a roof top bar increases the vaue of the hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. However, like some other hotels in the Eastern Europe (and Asia for that matter) the strong attempts to display very good service turns the staff servile, e.g. at breakfast they approach you the second you are finished (even still having the last bite in your mouth asking fi they may take the plate, or asking if they may take your cup the second after the last cofee zip. It becomes to much and a bit irritating.

Modern hospitality with a warm smile
Leogrand has received a thorough makeover following the joining of Radisson. You will now receive smiles and staff interested in making the most of your stay. Good restaurant choices within the hotel. A significant change in ambience since earlier years. Comfortable rooms and central location in Chisinau - and now priced at a level that reflects what you get in return. Room-prices are down compared to before and comfort and value has increased.

Wonderful
This a a great hotel with one of the best location. The check in staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the restaurants, specially at the breakfast restaurant.

The property didn’t live up to its 4 stars. The breakfast buffet was great! Otherwise, disappointed with our choice. We’d had high hopes for the spa area but the hot tub, steamroom and sauna didn’t heat up properly and half the tub jets didn’t work. Too much noise in room from weddings, parties and concerts outside even with windows and curtains closed.

Best place in Chișinău!
Great location, well appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Shower was not very hot, despite running water for a long time. We had some issues with F&B service, but Stefan and Felicia resolved everything perfectly! Breakfast service impeccable! True 5 star experience overall.

We were fleeing Ukraine and we booked this hotel as it was the closest to the border we were going to cross. Unfortunately we were delayed by a day due to a border post closing and delays at other border crossings. We tried to change reservation but didn’t have WiFi available. We emailed the hotel instead. On arrival we requested that the 2 day booking we had (of which we lost one day) be used for the following two days. The hotel refused! Even after explaining the situation and communications we made, they still refused to go our the previous night we lost die to the war circumstances. So Radisson, don’t say you support the people fleeing, because you didn’t and were more interested in making money off the situation. I didn’t even get a VIP booking reward I was entitled to. We’re sad. We moved to another hotel for another night as we needed to rest more after a 49hrs drive.
