Very good hotell and having a roof top bar increases the vaue of the hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. However, like some other hotels in the Eastern Europe (and Asia for that matter) the strong attempts to display very good service turns the staff servile, e.g. at breakfast they approach you the second you are finished (even still having the last bite in your mouth asking fi they may take the plate, or asking if they may take your cup the second after the last cofee zip. It becomes to much and a bit irritating.
